β β β β β Today September 8 I had the awful experience ever. At the pharmacy told me that I can't have a rapid antigen tes if I don't have a letter from work and I find out that it is possible. Because of them I bother my Supervisors and my manager and I waist my time when I don't have own transportation and also the weather was terrible. Now I have to take public transportation with my small daughter go to another location. I give one star because I really want to make this review but really don't deserve any.

β β β β β The pharmacy messed up my profile information which causing problems twice when I pick up my prescriptions. Wasted lots of my time and had to travel back and forth which is too bad. Also they ordered a wrong volume of a medication for me once. They just never make it rightβ¦.The only good thing is they acknowledge their mistakes and no attitude to customers.

β β β β β Such a shame the waiting time is 1 h even at 8 o'clock when the Pharmacy just opened. The excuse: they need to sanitise at the start of the day. If
that was a good protocol, they should santise at the end of the previous day, shouldn't they? Or edit the opening hours so people don't arrive before time. What a shame they use Covid as an excuse for their inability to adapt and be respectful to their customers.

β β β β β Unfortunately I forgot their name, but a staff helped my fiancΓ© and I out with choosing the right makeup for him. The staff didn't negatively judge my fiancΓ© for being male and wanting to put on makeup, and we really appreciate that a lot. Overall, our times at Shoppers here have been really well. They offer a variety of products to buy for groceries, medication, and more.

β β β β β Cute little Shoppers. I donβt know the last time I was at one so small! Not a wide selection or variety of products and astonishingly some isles were impeccably clean while others were very missed placed. Seemed like there were switching the store around. Spent 15 minutes in the store and did not encounter any staff at all. Did the self check out and was on my way. Kind of eerie to think that no associate from the store saw me or make their presence known to me at all.

β β β β β Honestly never had an easy time getting through to the pharmacy.. its next to impossible to get them to pick up that phone. Always something wrong and bad customer service. Even when trying to complain to customer service they don't listen and put you on hold for 15+ min. I would not recommend this location to anyone. save your time and effort.

β β β β β Nice staff and clean place. The people working at Canada Post is also nice. I am able to find the products I need.
The pharmacists are a hit/miss here. Some are very nice and knowledgeable, and others are not very patient.

β β β β β I have called the pharmacy on two different occasions to get my prescriptions refilled and I have been on hold for a really long time (> 20 mins) before the phone system automatically cancelled my call.
I have to go in just to say, "hey can I get a prescription refill?" And then return after a few hours to pick it up, which is really inconvenient.
And they said I can't order refills through their automatic refill service. I'm disappointed at the customer service from the pharmacy team. Would not recommend this pharmacy to others.
