★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the Pizza Pizza locations I go to, this has become the worst.
1: If someone is standing at the counter it would be great to acknowledge them. I understand you're in the middle of something but at least mention that you'll get to them eventually instead of letting them stand there for a while. This has happened several times.
2: They don't always wear their masks when making the pizzas.
3: Put the wrong toppings on my pizza and when I drove back to get the correct one they threw it onto the counter and walked away.
So, I'm done with this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to order 1Lg pizza.. took 30 min to get it.. I was there with 2 11 year old boys after 20 min they get board.. they were flipping water bottles "a game kis play now" at the other end of restaurant and owener came out screaming at the kids.. not very professional..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy working around 10 pm is very rude to the customers, i have been to this store multiple times and everytime my experience was very bad, i think this store should shut down or the staff should be changed. Not only about rude treatment with customers but pizza made here are also never match the quality of pizzapizza. If this kind of people will serve the customers then, its not to far that pizzapizza will be closed forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed!!! I am an avid pizza connoisseur. I bought a slice of cheese pizza from this location and i have never been more disappointed. The cheese was cheap and rubbery, the crust was stale, the sauce was under seasoned heavily. Even for the cheap price i expect customer satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recieved a pizza with rubber grey specks all over it, stuck to the grease and some under the cheese. Maybe they aren't changing their gloves and they've started flaking?
Luckily I ordered through skip so I got a refund right away. Reading these other reviews I'm glad I never had to deal with the store's customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited an hour to receive my pizza. The pizza I received was undercooked and the bbq drizzle that I asked for was drenched on all 3 pizzas. I called customer service to make a complaint, however no one was able to provide me with a solution. I had 3 supervisors hang up on me and refuse to transfer me to a manger. They don’t care about the customer’s experience. Never ordering from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One guy here. I understand he’s busy. But he took five minutes to get around to taking my order & then 15 minutes to even start making my order. What kind of service is that? Hire more people I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to receive a sandwich. I could’ve driven somewhere else and got my food quicker.
