Shoppers Drug Mart

AVOID to shop at this shoppers if you can. They refused to return a product because I opened the box and it was not resalable to them... all I did was opening the plastic tape that obviously added on by the store but not the manufacturer. I’m not sure why it was not resealable since I have ever touched the product inside the box. A plastic tape mattered so much for them to “resale” it. And I had the same experience with their store manager I saw from other comments, I was treated impatiently and rudely. They automatically assumed me as a trouble. I’m pretty sure this is their attitude to every customer who tired to return sometime. So if you could, AVOID this place.

I get my prescription filled here and the staff are very friendly. Christina at the beauty boutique, and the other ladies too, are friendly and helpful. They are not pushy in trying to force you to buy more but if there’s a better deal they let me know OR if you spend $10 more you’ll get more optimum points.

Good location for the Bridgewater community, well stocked store and friendly staff. Has postal services too .

We are so happy to have this Shoppers at our neighbourhood, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. They welcome you with a smile and answer all your questions. Thank you for being so nice.

I was greeted by two friendly cosmeticians when I entered the store and was offered assistance by another lady while shopping. She was able to check in the back to see if the product I was looking for was in stock. I was very happy that she found it and that she took the time to help me. The cashier was also very friendly! Overall, great experience at this store!

Oh my I’ve been using shoppers drug Mart since I moved to Waverley Street they are absolutely amazing! I get all my prescriptions from the shoppers drug Mart on Dalhousie and Pembina Hwy! They’re pharmacy is bar none the best in the city!!

This store is within walking distance of my home and as a senior I am grateful for have a store close. I have had very positive experiences with the beauty boutique staff a number of times. This evening I purchased a few things for a trip, including an eye liner from the beauty boutique. The young man at the main checkout was not at all helpful and actually quite rude to me. One of my items did not fit into a bag and as it was pouring rain and I had to walk I asked if they might have a larger bag. He was totally unwilling to help me. Sara, from the beauty boutique, kindly offered me assistance, went and got a bigger bag, and helped me load my purchases. Big difference - Thanks Sara - hopefully your coworker gets another job.

Came into the store to buy perfume right before Christmas, and noticed the perfume I was looking for did not have a box available on the shelf. I asked a girl from the beauty boutique if there was anymore in stock, she was able to check and said there was one left in the back. She went to the back, and I waited 5 minutes for her to return. She brought the box to the cash register and I immediately noticed the box didn't have a clear wrapper sealing the product. I thought it was odd that the box wouldn't be sealed, as that didn't seem sanitary/safe. I asked the girl, "is the box not supposed to come with clear wrapping?" She responded with "no"... Although I thought this was strange I didn't have any reason to think someone would lie. After I paid for the perfume she took the receipt and told me that it was a final sale and used a red stamp that said "final sale" I left and immediately felt odd about the situation. I asked my husband to take the perfume to the Shoppers on Pembina to return the perfume as I didn't feel comfortable using it. At the Shoppers on Pembina he was helped by an extremely nice women, who told my husband "what Bridgewater Shoppers did was not the standard practice." She returned the perfume for my husband and then sold my husband the exact same perfume, but this time it was one from their location, and it was sealed with clear wrapping!!!! I was originally sold an open perfume box, and lied to that it's not supposed to come sealed. The woman at Pembina shoppers also told my husband that the perfume is not supposed to be final sale unless it's marked down in price (which it was not). Very thankful for the worker at Pembina Shoppers for being honest and helpful, and will no longer be a customer at the Bridgewater location.
