★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in on a Monday morning very 1st thing in the morning. Someone greeted me right away but wasn't pushy. She was easy to find when I did have a question and led me directly to what I was looking for. I had a gift card to pay for my purchase but it wouldn't scan for some reason. She apologized profusely and that was enough for me! Si I paid and went happily on my way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if the blonde female pharmacist was having a bad day, but she did not seem interested in helping my daughter or answering my questions. I will never come back here. My 3 year old was sick and hurting and she showed ZERO compassion/empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store on Tuesday, and I filled my basket with several items . I went to the till to pay and not one single register was open. I asked the the cashier behind the counter who was involved in a task with Price Tags, what I should do and she referenced to the self check-out. Didn't seem to concerned I had a basket full of items. The sign on self check-out states 1-6 items, I had more that 6, and the packaging was quite cumbersome to be working in a space that looks it was designed for small packages. I had an issue redeeming a mobile coupon, which then required the cashier to ring in my purchase anyways, after I had done all the work. I don't shop at Shoppers for the prices, as I could buy the same items anywhere else for less, I do because the locations are convenient, and I like the loyalty program. Self Check-Outs are great, but should never take the place of a human interaction if that is what your guest wants and expects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the beauty boutique are beautiful and friendly, and if you don’t want to be bothered they respect that. Love the lux brands they carry as I hate going into malls plus shopping when it’s 20x optimum points is a great bonus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angie from beauty department is the worst. What's with her attitude? Buyer be aware! I visited Few times, i found out when I only have questions, she was so impatient. Tried to brush me off.
And She didn't want to give gifts come with purchase. I had to ask. Everything is base on her discretion. That's the reason i stop going there. Why should i buy anything to contribute her sales????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management not understanding of returning a $70 item that was purchased expired. It is the stores fault for selling expired product and this unopened purchase should have been refunded even though it was over the 30 day return policy. Not shopping at this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this location for ID photo taking because the staffs cannot understand how their camera works. We went to this location twice for same profile photos, first time the photo was too bright, second time was too dark. And the staff told us that is how their camera works.
