W	William Burgess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist did not know of generic replacements to meds, got a second opinion, trying to force name brand meds, not offering solutions after speaking to dr, another pharma, that offered 12 other suggestions. Might be changing pharmacies soon, if they cannot improve. Vaccination was quick, albeit late.
K	Krisha Ellaine Ordas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the pharmacy section, the relief pharmacist that worked on April 25, 2021 at 20:30 that i talked to was so unprofessional. I asked for a specific drug and she kept asking “what?” and i understood why she kept asking and I kept repeating myself because we were wearing a mask. So then when she understood me she was like “what is that?” so i told her what it is for and she said “we don’t have” and left me there all confused and speechless. She was so unprofessional that she didn’t even said sorry or recommend something that can help me. That kind of behaviour when you are in a medical field is not acceptable.

My first time ever in the store I stood there for 15 minutes at the counter while 3 staff members were working on not one of them even acknowledged me despite looking right at me. I finally just walked out. They are not knowledgeable in their own company procedures and tried to charge me for items covered under my plan and I had to phone my old store and have them explain they were wrong because they refused to even listen to me. This time My doctor called my prescription in on Thursday afternoon and I show up Friday at lunchtime to pickup and still not ready-which put me in a difficult spot as we were heading out of town. I wish this store was more efficiently run as it’s going to be a paint switch everything over to a new pharmacy but I don’t have the patience for poor customer service and lack of knowledge and skills when it comes to dealing with my health care needs.

When I asked if she knew the pharmacists name she hung up on me... Refused to tell me the managers name... I for one will not be returning to this location....

L	Lukas Dreger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: don't buy a gift card here. I live in Edmonton, was gifted a card. I tried using it to fill up on gas at Esso. No dice they said I needed to return to the store so they could activate it. After driving 30 minutes turns out you need to call some random number stay on hold for an hour and then have no resolution. I think this delaying tactic is probably illegal, but I don't know what to do about it.what a waste of $50.

The folding stick was a perfect fit for my mother-in-law. It folds down to a small size and easily fits in her purse. She is able to store it easily in her car and take it with her wherever she goes. The cane itself is sturdy and has some weight to it, so you know that you have something sturdy that can be relied upon.
