E	Emma Carnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leduc Pharmasave is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. the staff is professional and knowledgeable. i am very immunocompromised and the pharmacists use of the primary care model has allowed me to remain out of hospital since June 2020. The pharmacists are efficient, kind and really listen. I feel heard and understood and that what I say matters because they take the time to listen and ask quesions. They take the time to consult with my specialists to make sure my medication and over all care is fantastic. The pharmacistis and all the staff at Leduc Pharmave have helped me learn how to take better care of myself and have helped me drastically improve my quality of life. The entire staff is extremely kind and always make sure they have time to talk to me and ask how I am and take the time to listen. Wanda is an excellent resource for vitmains and overall health informtaion and referrals to where i can find more informtaion. I am very blessed to be a part of the Pharmasave family in Leduc. I highly recommend these fantastic health care professionals Heather
A	Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to use this pharmacy for my family, as they were the only one in town that could make a compound for my son's epileptic medication. However, they constantly would not get it made in time even after my wife would give two days notice. On top of that, they would never give us a topper on the top or provide us with oral syringes. They also would forget to add flavoring so my son would be able to take it. Thankfully, we have now found a professional pharmacy that actually provides good service.
M	Miss Sunshine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to know if I can come in to get my 2nd Covid vaccine. Lady on the phone asked me why I wanted to get my second vaccine..? Then started telling me that I'm not eligible and that I don't need my second vaccine because I'm not traveling or I'm not immune compromised. I'm sorry but on the Alberta Health website, it says that all Alberta's are eligible for a second vaccine. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
B	Bob Burnside on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacists, Assistants and Doctors are all great. But that one lady Wanda who works the customer service end is a rude unprofessional mean person. I witnessed her "laying off" a young delivery man the other day, he was calmly trying to get her to speak with him as she's storming around making a scene yelling in front of the whole store, then to a pharmacist who isnt involved that "we're letting ____ go as of now" he tried again to ask if they can arrange a time to talk about him being let go, and she stormed off, yelling "I'm not talking about this you're done". I will never go back into Pharmasave Leduc until she is no longer employed there.
S	Shireen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called about getting a rapid antigen test, and the woman who picked up the phone was unclear. I went in and was approached by a pharmacist who had his mask under his nose! I told the pharmacist I am looking for rapid take-home tests, and he said, "we don't have any more government ones. If you want, you can pay $40," To which I replied, " I am sorry, I am confused. I am looking for the free take-home test". With visible disdain, he replied, " You can keep looking, but you won't find that anywhere." and then he proceeded to ask invasive questions such as why I needed the test. He then repeatedly said, "Good luck, finding a rapid take-home test anywhere, you can keep looking, but you won't find". I understand times are difficult for everyone, but I am disappointed, to say the least, by the poor customer service and lack of professional behaviour by the pharmacist and unsafe PPE practices. I don't believe this pharmacist should be in a customer-facing role at all. I wish I could give 0 stars!
S	Shannon Mundy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay the pharmacists are great but the front area of the store has the best Boutique items purses pashminas jewellery it's beautiful and I love shopping there because her prices are phenomenal and it's a great distraction from your health problems. I'm going back to look some more.
A	Andrea Scales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get a compound prescription for my son, another pharmacy said it would take 3 days to fill. The pharmacy here had it ready in 1 hour. The staff here are exceptionally kind, courteous and helpful. This is a great pharmacy if you are looking for any homecare products for seniors including bath wipes, shampoo caps, elevated toilet seats and grab bars. Love this pharmacy!
