★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my two daughters to Hottips Nails & Spa for a manicure. Both of my daughters were cut with the cuticle scissors to the point they were bleeding, horrible nail shaping, and just in general not a very nice job. The ladies who worked there were very friendly but I would never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero stars! Very rude service and unsanitary. I watched them "clean" the tools and all they did was give them a quick scrub with soap and a rinse. I got a simple manicure and they didn't even clean under my nails. Not only are my nails unevenly shaped, but the cuticle trim was painful and they were rushing me through the whole process. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a relaxing pedicure and nail fill. This was my 5 th time there . No consistency in their work or quality of services. Finger Nails are not shaped the same . I kept getting stabbed by her pointy nails , and yes I did tell her . One foot got done ok , the other is rough . One time pedicure is ok , next is horrible and rushed. They are never busy with clients but busy to get to the back room or on there phones and iPads .
No lotion was used at end of the services. They talked nonstop in another language. I left not feeling pampered . Definitely looking else where to spend my money . When your paying over $100 every month , you wanna be happy with your experience....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go here!! Unless you like leaving with sliced fingers and throbbing finger nails all night! The guy working there cut my hand twice with his finger nail because it was so sharp! Gross! He took 2 hours to do my nails and was very rough and rude. If I had to guess he is not licensed. He said he’s helping his cousin out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am genuinely confused by all the bad reviews on here. The only valid point I’ve seen at all is that they don’t do crazy designs and French fades and whatnot. If you go in not knowing what you want or don’t explain to the tech your nails are going to suck from anywhere. I’ve been coming here since the girls moved over from Studio Nails YEARS ago. Sandy and Jessica are bar none the best techs and the only ones I see and the older woman with shorter hair does the most amazing pedicures I’ve ever had. I’m not a huge talker so they’ll just let me be, or if I’ve had a great day or something exciting happens they’re happy to sit and chat for the full hour appointment. If anyone I see is one vacation or full I’ve tried other places closer to home (west Edmonton) but I always come back because no one else knows what the hell they’re doing. I drive over a half hour (on days with no traffic!) to come here. I think that should speak volumes to their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a beautiful job on my nails. Super friendly and a great price. $50 for acrylic nails plus $5 to put any design on all five fingers. I haven't been in there for 6 years and the girls still remember me. Excellent job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here and had gels done by Sandy. She did a really good job last time but yesterday she sliced my cuticle with the grinder and didn't offer any aid or disinfectant, she actually used her sanding block to blot up the blood that oozed from my finger.
A very quiet sorry from her and I left with 2 fingers that didn't cure to the shiny finish that I was expecting.
Went back today & had my nails fixed right away but may look for another technician...
