★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I give them a minus rating?? THE WORST SHOPPRS DRUG MART EVER.
The security guard made allegations of stealing on my friend & I, whereas we never billed those items and they were simply left on cart after we billed all our stuff. We had shopped from Walmart, dollarama and winners before we headed to this ghetto shoppers who assumes every person of colour wants to steal. It's ironically laughable, given that their staff is quiet diverse & yet they have such stereotypes. I do not recommend anyone to go to this store because not only were they proven wrong & speechless when I showed them all my bills, but they didn't even have the courtesy to say sorry for their wrong allegations.
Good luck Shoppers, I always have recommended all my friends to go here instead of all other stores like recall or Medicine shopper but now I am of the exact opposite opinion. It was humiliating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is a little run down in some places, it could use a bit of a renewal. The front of the store I looks fine but the back, where the parking lot is needs some tlc.
Location is convenient especially now that the subway station will be in the opposite corner.
The shelves are often pretty slim, or completely empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it wasn't for the amazing cashier team, that has always shown me and my partner kindness and respect, I would never put my foot in this place. I have been going to this location for years and have been heavily profiled. As a black woman I am used to this and frankly I've learned to ignore it, but after a while enough is enough. I am tired of having the managers and the security watch my every move, I spend a lot of money in this place and cannot believe the disrespect I continuously endure. Shame on you! By the way, the star is because there was no option for zero!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pick-up my prescription here regularly and it's always an awful experience. Today the pharmacist very obviously didn't want to be there and was very dismissive. Never asked if it was a new medication (it was) I had questions but because of quickly he was to turn around and leave I didn't feel comfortable asking. It would have obviously bothered him.
I have also been humiliated by another of the Pharmacy staff when I told her I didn't have health insurance. Unfortunately it's a luxury I can't afford and she mentioned multiple times that I needed it. She even went on to write that I needed insurance (as I was newly 26 in her eyes, I had been 26 for months) . This was so embarrassing I cried when I got home. I was so ashamed .
These pharmacists need better training in customer service especially in in a field where things can get quite delicate
