S	Stella McWilliam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, let’s just start with the fact that I tried to push the door when it was really a pull.. bad start tbh. One star down. I would recommend installing an “AUTOMATIC” door for customers with troubles like me. The staff were nonchalant, they stayed out my way and I stayed out of theirs. I was hoping to pick up some snacks for a little girls night but not a great selection of party food - good produce tho! Overall it’s not my first choice of drugmarts but wouldn’t stop myself from popping in if I was in the neighbourhood.

Shoppers told me 3 times in our conversation how busy they were so I took my business to someone who was more than happy for it!
M	Michael Lastnow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their pharmacy service. My doctor faxed in my prescription but they claimed they did not receive it. Then they said they had it but could not fill the prescription until the next day. I asked them to deliver to my home. They said they would. No delivery happened. They did not even call to apologize. The following day I had to go in to pick up the medication. Again no apology.
O	Olivia L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold-blooded, impersonal and RUDE Service against pregnant women. So disappointed at this branch. I’m currently on my 3rd trimester and when I was shopping in the store, suddenly I felt the urge to use the bathroom ( anyone who’s been there knows ) . So I kindly asked the lady at the cashier if I could borrow the bathroom. She then paged someone. So an Indian lady came over, and I asked her if I could pls use the restroom cuz I’m pregnant and can’t really hold it long. All She did was just kept repeating ‘ you can borrow the washroom at the McDonald’s.’ And then there’s another white lady with short grey hair joined our conversation with a really indifferent attitude, she said ‘ well, we don’t open to the public and you have to go the McDonald’s and it takes 5mins to walk!’ Im like no way I could hold it for 5mins without peeing on my pants. She then rolled her eyes and replied with a really cold voice ‘ THEN, WHAT ARE YOU EXPECTING ME TO DO?!’ Me and my mom were shocked at her rude attitude and I personally felt humiliated. Hey , What kind of staff training have you received ? What kind of RUDE attitude was that? Huh? I’m a loyal customer with shoppers, and according to my previous shopping experience at shoppers, they all allowed me to use the restroom and showed certain concern, which was very heartwarming. And I do understand that during Covid, policy may differ. Ironically , things work totally differently in this store :)
D	Danielle Franciscus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is, by far the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had (x3). I have spent hours in this pharmacy for various reasons. 1. Could not locate my filled prescription 2.Could not figure out how to process through my benefits. After a hour, they sent me home only to call me 30 mins later. at least they called? 3. a prescription was called in. got a notification it was ready. they spend 40 minutes trying to figure out what happened. end up giving me an emergency supply (which i had to wait an additional hour for). ONE WEEK LATER they call me, as if none of the above happened, and said they filled it I've changed pharmacies, it's worth your time to walk/drive to one a little further

The Beauty Boutique Expert ignored me for 10 minutes while I waited at the till for her, then finally told me to go downstairs instead of paying there (despite the products being Clarins). The lady downstairs was able to help me but was not very polite and didn't know how to deal with cosmetics. Overall unimpressed with the experience and especially the customer service exhibited or lack there of. Likely wont be back - especially if that cosmetician is working.
R	Renée LaFlam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love that they have such a large selection of cosmetics! They also have a Post Office upstairs and they're always so helpful. This location is great for picking up housekeeping/food staple items as well.
D	D A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The middle-aged Asian lady at the Canada Post upstairs is usually rude and unfriendly. Is there anyone else there?! I've stood in line to see her being selective in who she wants to be nice to and NONE of the customers were bad. All customers are customers and everyone should be treated with politeness. If she is having a bad day or doesn't like her job, that is her problem!! Each exchange should start with hello and end with thank you. Give this woman a course in customer service. Finally I have to write this review.
