★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has always been favourite my Shoppers to shop at, the staff are always super friendly and helpful! Especially Karen in cosmetics and Barb on the front cash. The store is always on top of their expiration dates and the discounted cosmetic section is always a bonus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a senior with a handicapped son. Shoppers staff said my doctor hadnt responded to a fax asking for a repeat on my prescription so, if they were to give me a few tablets, I had to pay $15 for them to do that! $15 TO PUT A FEW PILLS INTO A BAG FOR A CUSTOMER!! I asked them to waive the fee as i am a senior but she refused!! I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere and boycotting Shoppers Drug Mart!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post office hours are not posted clearly . Its a joke, tried 3x to drop my parcel off and the manager just laughed and said we'll there is nothing I can do. There is something you can do and post the hours clearly in store and on the website and get a better attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are always friendly and helpful! I have a complaint about shopping carts. Yesterday I had to switch carts before going through checkout. Once I got my products in the cart, the front wheels would no longer turn. Then it happened again, thankful to the cashier who switched my heavy products for me ie.case of water, 4 cases of pop, etc. Three shopping carts before we got one that was not broken. The cashier even offered to get me help to push my cart to the back parking lot. For excellent customer service I give 5 stars. But please take inventory of your broken carts and either toss them or get them repaired. Nothing more annoying to make me want to shop elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever buy a Presto Card from ANY Shopper's Drug Mart without loading money onto it immediately... EVER! Is the minimum load amount five cents or ten dollars to activate a card? Metrolinx and this Shoppers Drug Mart location can't seem to agree after discussing the matter with both parties.
Make public transit more accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped here for years, spending money every week. Tonight I went in to buy a nail polish which I’ve bought many from there. I just got the nail polish n used self checkout. The lady working cosmetics decided she was going to stare me down, like I was doing something wrong. I flashed her my receipt as walking out and she continued to stare at me at the window. I work retail n understand the theft is a problem but to make someone so uncomfortable that’s just shopping is just wrong.
