It has recently improved, and in person customer service is great, I accidentally obliterated the place by dropping my milk jug and they replaced it and were very kind about it!

We were attended to by a wonderful/dedicated/professional Staff named AZAN. His customer experience/relationship service delivery was phenomenal. I will really recommend that AZAN type of attitude to Customers should be your yardstick for employing future/new employees. My entire family was blown away by his professional & top notch service delivery. Kudos to your store. It will always be our go-to store now because of your staff (AZAN) superior and exceptional service delivery.

The pharmacists will let you stand forever in line and pretend you do not exist. If you can get them to help they speak at a volume that is simply impossible to hear. This pharmacy has really gone down hill.
j	jasmeet singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer service. I have been visiting this location from more than 3 years and buying medication, cosmetics, groceries, milk etc, as its near to my house. I recently bought prescription blood pressure monitoring machine on feb 19 which i would like to claim my insurance. Unfortunately, i lost my shoppers receipt. I visited them twice for the duplicate receipt or i would like to exchange this with some expensive one. But none of the staff helped me to print duplicate receipt and told me to come in morning to see Manager. This was my last purchase. I would go back to Costco.

Was followed around this place by two white females and the security guard, as i was trying to browse for new makeup and skincare. I ended up paying and was so frustrated with being treated differently because my skin colour. As i was paying, there was a customer who was caucasian, who made the security alarm go off as she was leaving the store and was not questioned at all. Meanwhile i was still being watched by the security guard as i was LITERALLY paying. Had to wave my receipt at him so he’d stop harassing me. Such an unwelcoming environment. Would NOT recommend this shoppers, especially if you’re coloured. So disappointed and disgusted at this behaviour. Will be contacting head office.
r	rebekah klassen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had nothing but awful experiences with the pharmacy. I have a foster son, who needs medication. I had a perscription prescribed, went to pick it up a few days later and was told they didn’t have any in stock. I was upset that I wasn’t notified but understood. They asked if I wanted them to order it… not sure why it wasn’t done when they realized they had none and said it would be in the next day. Came back, they didn’t have it and forgot to order. Said to come back in a few days. Still nothing, and at this point he didn’t have meds. Why couldn’t they phone me to tell me they didn’t have it? I had to wait over a week and not one time did they update me. Another time I asked to deliver and when they didn’t deliver, as promised I asked why and they said they couldn’t, why wasn’t I made aware of the change? Another time they told me my foster son wasn’t covered, when he is covered by social services and his treaty. Had to really fight to get them to look into it for me and at the end of the day, he was covered. On top of that, I’ve never had my own prescription filled within a decent time frame. Always waiting at least 6 hour-over a week.

I let them know I was waiting for my prescription to be filled and was just browsing around but they were still ready to help and welcoming . May be they need more staff in pharmacy. One thing I saw is person touching my medicine capsule with bare hands which I did not like at all. But 4 stars is for customer service of that 2 girls in beauty section.
