★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in the process of researching 3D printers and will be buying one from shop3D. Felix and Jacky have been exceptionally helpful on the phone and by email, walking me through the differences between machines and materials I've been evaluating, quickly.
They've each done a great job listening to my needs and recommending a product that will fit me well. I'm located in BC, so I'm happy to have a Canadian company to work with on my purchase. I will be buying my first machine from them because of how responsive and helpful they have been.

Even though my order was very small; they still took the time to give some advice and answer my questions they seemed very passionate. I will definitely be coming back for any 3D printing needs! Great customer service and seems like pricing is good too! Project turned out great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin helped me through my first ever print order and he was fantastic! Due to the "unprecedented times" we are going through, we communicated by email. He thoroughly checked the plans I sent to him and even did a trial run to make sure it would work and offered his assistance if it didn't. All this before any quote or agreement. My project was completed overnight and all of the copies were perfection! Great customer service and super professional. Totally recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Shop3D to get some costume pieces printed. The staff was super helpful! They reviewed my file and found an issue, so they alerted me so I could fix it before going to print. I didn't know much about 3D printing and so they assisted with the material choice and settings. The pieces were perfect! Thanks to Ken and Jacky for helping me out with this project!

When I purchased the scanner on a Friday afternoon I was surprised it arrived the next morning. Great service and competitive pricing. Will certainly be returning as a customer!
