This was the only place where the guy was SO helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying our 3rd hookah and all of the supplies we needed. So glad we found this place and we will only be coming here for all of our shisha needs, HIGHLY recommend!!! Thanks for the great shopping experience :)

The customer service however was phenomenal, the guy took his time answering a billion questions and explaining the different features of all the different types. He was patient and very well informed. I would return just for the genuine customer service. I will be back to write a review about the product I bought, once my husband tries it out. Hoping the results are beyond satisfying.

I walked into the store to just buy a sheesha pipe but couldn’t get my eyes off with the variety of sheeshas available there. The store owner Omar was so good at his sales that I actually ended up walking out with a brand new sheesha . He explained me from scratch of how to assemble the whole sheesha and made sure I was convinced with my purchase. It didn’t end here I had problems assembling it when I went back home he was sweet enough to entertain me on a video call and took me through the process. I further was not convinced with the output so he asked me to come back to the store and actually made the whole sheesha in front of me. He had another person handling the store with him Humam in his absence he took over my insane queries and took me through the whole process. Omar and Humam are truly amazing at what they do and how they please you in every single way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I would sincerely suggest and recommend this place to all the Sheeshaholics in the city to visit this outstanding store and I guarantee you of not being disappointed . Sharing a picture o this exotic sheesha I bought from there .This comes with a different head you can take a similar one like the image easily available at their store. I Loved the colours of this Sheesha it's LIMITED EDITION . So guys don wait and visit their store I am sure you will love it.

Walk with your money because I guarantee you won't want to leave without supporting his amazing business.
