The day of the appointment, he was not there without making us aware of the situation. We asked for another appointment, and he said “yes”. He texted again and said he was busy. Please respect the time of others, if you want to do your job better be mature enough. I am so disappointed on your attitude towards the customer.

There are good barbers operating out of here, and if you know any personally you're looking at something a little pricey, a pretty long wait time, but good quality. My usual guy wasnt there, and its been a while since i was back, so I asked for someone that could cut longer hair. In a nutshell, i was referred to a barber that a) spoke longer than he cut, b) disagreed with everything i wanted to do with my hair, c) retracted his earlier claims about being a pro with long hair, d) barely cut one HALF of my face e) and oh yeah, essentially cut up the entire underside of my neck with a broken machine.The man gave me his remaining used up tube of of moisturizing cream after i complained that my neck felt like it was on fire, to which he replied that he's "known for sharp cuts." I've attached some photos so you can see what he did to my skin and didnt do to my hair (this is a barber we're talking about, not a butcher right?). Lost a lot of respect for this joint, no plans for coming back anytime soon.
A	Archvile77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give good haircuts but they aren’t worth the wait and you run the risk of not being seen, even with an appointment. Walk ins are only supported by 1 barber and it usually takes a 2 hour wait. Another time, I booked an appointment for 11:30, got there at 11:20 (a bit early as a courtesy) and found out the barber slept in and was on the way. There were 2 people ahead of me waiting since 9:30 AM. The barber arrived at 12:45 and didn’t seem too apologetic. I was in need of a haircut for an event later that day so I needed to stay - I spent half my Saturday waiting. This was the event that made me decide that I would never be coming back.

We were very pleased by his welcoming environment and to the fact that he was open to suggestions. Overall, Rico’s service is excellent and we will always return!

Today was the first time in 4 months I had an excellent haircut with my man G! He understood clearly what I wanted and got me the freshest cut I’ve had till now! I think I found me new favorite hairdresser! Appreciate your work G! You’d be seeing me often, cheers mate!
M	Marcus Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angelo is extremely unprofessional. Angelo is not worth your time at all. Booked an appointment with him the day before and confirmed the time. Comes the day, I show up at the appointment time, he was still cutting other people. I understand if there was a backlog of people and time is pushed back and I had no problem with that. However, 1 hour later, he informs me that he has 1 person to cut and I’m next. After that person was finished he instead proceeded to cut 2 other people and not even communicate with me that I would be waiting longer. and there were more people ahead. Very unprofessional to waste customers time. At the very least he should’ve been honest that he had several people ahead instead of misleading customers that 1 would be ahead. These type of barbers are not worth to keep around at a great shop like this. Go to G or anyone here but Angelo.
