β β β β β He's such a money lover. We had to go see him for family estate and he agree to see us after hours since we're 3 people and worth the money. When I asked to see him separately he declined since it's not worth the money. He said he'll see us whenever we need, but when I called, he changed his mind saying he's tired and wants to go home early. I found out soon after that he's notorious for being a money lover among Korean community. I will tell about his deeds to all my clients and make sure he gets no referral from my business clients.

β β β β β He decided to drop his service at the very last minute not completing his job. Our family had to go find a different provider and restart the whole process again delaying our finalization with the bank for another three weeks. He and my family had known each other and worked in the past and his price rose sharply from before. When my mother expressed her concern, he showed lack of professionalism getting quite emotional then ultimately after brooding over my mother's show of discontent, he decided to cancel all his services on a whim. Zero explanations only on a whim. No matter what the disagreement in price was when my mother said she would pay it at the end, he should have showed professionalism and completed his end of the job. At the end of the day, he showed severe lack of professionalism, changing prices and quitting on a whim without discussing it in detail with the clients. I would not trust this man with any important businesses. Also, he downsized his office, relocated, and let go of his two secretaries from before. I am willing to make an educated guess that his clients are dwindling. To lose a long time client like us who have worked with him for over a decade means there's something fundamentally wrong. Take your business elsewhere folks. You'll be glad you did.
