β β β β β I came here for a facial and what I got was someone trying to push me to buy other packages the whole time. The facial was not very well done either. I usually find facials relaxing but not with this specific experience.

β β β β β Had a massage bought for me and it was OK. Asked for a deep tissue rub and got a light touch instead. After, I was asked for a tip. Bad form. And the reaction to my refusing to tip was surprising... They actually looked offended. I wont be back...

β β β β β VERY tricky sales. BEWARE!!! I went there for groupon. After I redeemed my groupon, they tried to upsell me facial packages. They claim that they are giving me special member pricing as I am considered a member from redeeming my groupon. You need to prepay for your treatments. After I redeemed my prepaid session (special member pricing), they tried to sell me the same treatment in a package that is half the price of the "special member pricing". The "special member pricing" is marked up even more than the original price. The sales there are super pushy, not relaxing at all. I do not recommend.

β β β β β Got a deep cleansing both my skin and the energy (huge Himalayan salt stone stands in the centre love it!)great vibes ,good service and clean facilities .
Ps:Got to experience illuminating mask which was super cool :))

β β β β β A cozy spa located across to Lougheed mall so it is transit accessible. I came in for a facial and the technician who served me was very patient. However, I don't think she did a particularly good job cleaning up the blackheads. I am also disappointed that brow trimming was not included in the facial ( I have been to other spa for facials, brow trimming is usually included)
I was able to relax during the facial even though the sound of SkyTrain driving by can be heard. I also appreciated it that no sales pitch until the end of the facial.

β β β β β Given a birthday Groupon to go here. Small lobby but very clean rooms and equipment. A very skilled lady gave me a Swedish massage for an hour and then a fantastic facial. Best part - no chitchat. Just got to drift away into heavenly bliss. Excellent facial products. I was glowing. I would definitely go back.

β β β β β Came here for the first-time as a birthday gift. My technician, Nessie, was really sweet and genuine. She did not push for sales and provided honest feedback about my skin. She also did an eyebrow trim included. She provided a short massage with the facial and was very good at finding the tense areas. I would highly recommend her. I also was impressed there wasn't a whole lot of pressure to purchase products afterwards or to upgrade to a package since typically places like this push sales.
