asked for a coiled power line..told there was none he would order same.....phoned me at home and said the price than asked for credit card number....??????? strange.what ever happened to c.o.d.cash when i pick it up............their better not be a problem or i will have to take action......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband took our power sweep to this store to have it repaired. We were told that it couldn't be fixed and he tried to sell us a new power sweep for $300. I took apart the power sweep and went to Vacuums R Us in Edmonton purchased the part and repaired it myself for $13 and I still have an extra belt for the next time I have a problem. I will never go to Sherwood Park Vacuum again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR from Sherwood Park Vacuum did an excellent job fixing a hard to find loss of suction in the pipes of our central vacuum system. The next day he thought of an additional clamp to make the system more secure and came by to install it at no charge. I highly recommend Sherwood Park Vacuum!

This Sat., Dec. 4, he took the time to come to my home, even though he was busy with Christmas shopping, and fix my central vac. Not only is he an excellent repairman, he is a wonderful person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last two months, I brought in three vacuums, JR greeted me with a cheerful Hello each time. Two of the vacuums were repaired efficiently and the price was right. Third vacuum had a motor issue and I chose not to have it repaired. To my surprise, when I picked up the vacuum - JR did not charge me. Excellent customer experience each time. Thank you JR.
