★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a $50 Gas Card at Christmas for a client. Today the client brought the card to us and let us know that there was only 50¢ on it. We took the card, receipt and our mastercard summary showing the $50 purchase to the station and was told he couldnt deal with it we had to call Head Office. We called HO and was given a different number to call. Tried and it didnt even ring...called back and they said to call the number on the back of the card. Called it and was told they didnt deal with that we would have to go back to the station. We called Head Office again and they called the Station to see if they could talk to them about it. The owner said he wanted nothing to do with it and would not honour. So after all that we gave up . We were RIPPED OFF. we will not be going back there and as we give people directions for gas will direct them to the ESSO in town. UNBELIEVABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not really a review more a question , I have called and called and there is no answer and we were by today and all of the car wash bays and regular car wash is closed, just wondering if there is a water shortage in town maybe due to the heat? and when will it open again? you are the only car wash in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only car wash in town - sadly not as great as expected. Almost better to use the coin operated car wash bays. Attendant was nice enough to refund 1/2 when the car was filthy after going through the car wash. Seems like a busy place for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff refuses to wear masks. Said that if I was worried about COVID, why did I use a public washroom. At least three pumps weren’t working properly so you had to go inside to pay.

"Feel free to remove your mask, I don't promote that stuff here."
If you have any immunocompromised, or under fives in your household/in your circle, I'd avoid here.

On my return drive home through Bancroft I again stopped for gas at this Shell station, The condition of the washroom was greatly improved! New garbage container, freshly painted white door, nice clean sink and toilet and no overpowering urine smell. Thanks so much!!**
ORIGINAL POST:
The washroom was dirty and reeked of urine (even with my mask on). There were two empty liquid soap dispensers helter skelter sitting on the sink.
Not a good experience at all!!
