t	tony bell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to make an appointment by calling the office for 3 days , the phone call went to the doctors messaging , I was told on the answering service that I could NOT leave a message to request an appointment but at the same time I could not get a human voice to answer for 3 Days and 5 days later still I could not get anyone on the phone . I would say this is the most INEFFICIENT business model I have ever encountered. I could call any clinic in Ontario and get and appointment in an hour. This system needs to change ,there are people that need a doctor ASAP. I hope there is someone listening ,maybe the director?
A	Asha Awada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should never be difficult to get a hold of the lady who sits are the desk taking calls to book appointments and should never be closed on a weekday when they are closed on weekends. Every single time I call to book an appointment with Dr. Fransky I call twice a day at least or more to try and get a hold of the lady who makes the appointments. This is absolutely ridiculous. ( no I do not call on their lunch breaks ). It doesn't just happen here and there it is every single time.

As you know I am medically dx'd with EHS electromagnetic hypersensitivity ( caused by over exposures to wireless tech and EM fields. I hope you find the information I provided you with helpful along with Dr Riina Bray's Woman's College Hospital Environmental health Clinic prescription notes. Please turn off the smart watch next time. D	Dan Hagerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely impossible to get an appointment arranged over the phone. Used to have to drive to the clinic to make an appointment and now this is not an option. Secretary is incredibly rude and is the reason I will be changing doctors. They find no Urgency in your medical problems. Absolutely no concern for patients. This is pre-covid as well. I have been dealing with this office for over two years now and am DONE. If you see another doctor they will threaten to drop you as a patient but are basically refusing care at this time.

I go get my script and I open it , it's for depression. This guy should be fired. I'm reading on here he's actually done this to others.

I am already on anxiety medication. I do not see the point of this. I am lacking sleep due to pain. I have a special needs child I am elearning as well. Things were a lot different with Dr White.
N	N B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is so very frustrating. My husband is suffering with an ear infection. He has tried over the counter ear drops but they don't work. Our doctor is not available so he went to our Guardian drugstore walk in clinic,,,,there was no one there to help him. Was told to go to emergency....Because there are no doctors available the emergency room is full! What is happening with our health care here in Bancroft that you can't even see a doctor when you need one. Even a phone call with your doctor would work. We are seniors and am very worried about when we get up in our 80's. No walk in clinics available, you have a doctor but you can't see her or talk to her and with the amount of people in emergency wondering if there is a doctor there! With Covid on the rampage,,,its very scary being in emergency room with all these people! There has to be something done about this!
