Everytime I've had to contact the hospital operator for information regarding appts for my child, lab information, anything at all. They have been insensibly rude.
Meanwhile the lab techs themselves are 10/10.
Time to retrain your staff. Or simply retire the current ones. They are extremely unpleasant.
Makes the whole hospital experience that much worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was forced into the pine ward psychiatric hospital against my will without a court hearing or able to speak to a lawyer. When trying to be discharged was told I needed a place to be discharged to or I would not be allowed to leave. If I did not have family or friends I would still be stuck there. They will lock you up and throw away the key. Human slavery absolutely enraged that this is "legal".
