terrible service did not fix problem came out 3 times each time billing me for a service call. replaced oil nozzle, bleed line then left each time furnace would not stay running. call to complain said they would get back to me but never did. would never use their services again!

The company seems to have had a change of ownership since we last dealt with them, the previous owners had been good to deal with. Since we heat with oil, we contracted the (previous owners) to change out the tanks. This all went OK even though there was a leak in one of the fittings post installation, this they fixed without charge. The leak had started again but the new owners will not honour the work of the previous owners despite the company name remaining the same. Another point: Their callouts are based on milage and are VERY high. They will ask you to place a credit card on file BEFORE they come out to you and you will get a nasty surprise on your bill as they won't tell you what the callout charge we be. On my last furnace service, they charged my credit card without my permission and without sending me the invoice first, thereafter claiming the email address was incorrect. That seemed odd, considering they had sent emails to me before. on that email address. Based on this, I will not be using their services again. IN RESPONSE: I do understand that there is a limitation to the guarantee of the work however based in the leak issue at the time of the installation, the leaks from the filter housing on subsequent annual servicing(s) and the fact that the same fitting is leaking again, it is my opinion that things could have been done better given the severe consequences from the Ministry of the Environment with regard to oil leaks and the liability it imposes to both the home owner and the installer.

New wall mounted heat pump A/C & heater in 1. Just a short note to say thanks for the great work today doing the install of the new heat pump. Super quiet & Kyle was a great installer. Took the time to lay out a runner mat & drop sheets in the traffic & work areas. That set the tone & a great start it was. Kyle was even able to get my fireplace to work as it should. Fair pricing with quality service. Thanks, we love it.

I contacted this company for a quote on a complete HVAC system for a new home build and the owner expressed no interest in directing me to the department or person who can help me. Just because it's a busy year there's no excuse for a complete lack of interest in my business...shameful!

It started out at first to be a great experience. But when it came to the install that was a different story. The day of the install they refused to install the flex liner and termination exhast cap into my existing chiminy. Said the roof was to steep and there was no tie off spot. What roof ever has a tie off spot !! So to proceed with the installation i had to install the chimney parts myself which i had paid Whitfields very good money to do. But at least my propane stove was hooked up the next day. Two days after that they proceeded to charge my credit card for the full contract amount without my permision. I have yet to recive a finished and paid in full invoice yet. Be very careful with this company. Do not give them your credit card number. Not very happy.

This company came to our rescue when the company we had originally booked backed out due to a scheduling issue. Hydro was booked for a certain day to urn off power so Generator could be hooked up. Brian and Ryan were friendly, polite, professional and workmanship was top notched. They suggested a better option to connect the line for the generator as they wanted it to look nice which it certainly does compared to previous option given by another company. They also serviced furnace and air conditioner. They will be our company that will turn to now. Great work.

Our furnace pilot light went out on one of the coldest nights of the year and we worried quick service would be a problem since I’m sure many people have furnace issues when it gets cold. My wife called and they had a suggestion we could try first and potentially save ourselves a couple hundred dollars by checking it out ourself. It was a simple fix. Who does that? These guys do! Total pros. They could have very easily taken our money. I hope I don’t need to call them in the future with real furnace issues but I wouldn’t think twice about it.

I recently installed a propane heating system using this company. The entire experience was honest and supportive. The team that did the work were excellent, kind and professional; exhibiting high levels of integrity and skill in their field. I especially appreciate the fair problem solving that occurred when unexpected issues arose. Highly recommended.
