★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the Pine Star restaurant attached to the Esso about 6 months ago. We've been back several times since. Service is fast and friendly. Place is spacious and clean, as are the washrooms.
Food quality and portions are good but inconsistent a few times. Prices are excellent.
Typical diner food and experience. You get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people run the place. It is like a hardware store/convenience store rolled into a gas station. Propane is available (refill or exchange) and the truck shop (M&M) has a good selection of hardware and tools for heavy machinery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service station is in a good location but the owners are horrible people. We stopped so my pregnant spouse could use the facilities. We of course walked in and went to get some drinks before we asked for the restroom. There were chocolate milks that were expired, none the less we grabbed waters instead. My spouse asked to use the restroom and the guys was extremely rude and told her they were out of order. She told them she was pregnant and it was an emergency and the guy behind the counter told her to find another station to use the bathroom. Service stations have rest rooms, these people have closed there's so they don't have to clean them. I wouldn't spend a red cent at this stop. They are not true small town Canadians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I'm a truck driver and the female that was with me need to use the washroom. I was about to buy a drink but was then told she is not aloudto use the restroom. This is so disgusting and upsetting. I hope uper management sees this a let's this guy go. Shame on you!
