D	Delores Smock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not receive delivery as promised thru ph confirmation and email with this company.This happened last year also;I can understand a mistake once but twice?While the drivers always great,it seems in the office to be a break down of communication, and apologies and excuses wont warm your house in -20 weather.Not happy and checking into other suppliers for next year.

Thanks for not delivering the gas I have paid for, and thanks for not helping me heat my house in the mean time. Thanks for not even giving a time as to when i might have heat. its minus 20 in ontario. What are you doing?

Sparlings was the past supplier to this house, so I assumed they have history... I cannot get past the automated phone answering machine, have tried numerous times since 0830. my house is now at 48 degrees. I am hoping that this might generate a response as I have no other way of communicating short of getting in my car and driving to the facility south of Bancroft.

T	Todd Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is terrible! Phoned yesterday for fuel to be delivered for home heating was told it the truck would be same day. It didn't show up by 3pm so my wife phoned to confirm we would have oil that day. She was told she would get phoned right back with an answer. She phoned again at 6pm and spoke with their answering service who couldn't do anything. This morning my wife phoned AGAIN to ask about delivery. Was told they were delivering propane to the Coe Hill area and once the truck was back Bluewave would confirm delivery for today. My wife once again phoned Bluewave to inquire about the delivery at 3:30pm only to be told that delivery has been set up for early NEXT WEEK! I have always paid upon delivery!

However, because we used such little propane the year before, it was suggested that we opt to pay it at once. I explained being on a pension we can't do this but I will definitely pay something a month. Seemed to satisfy them at the time. I received a 2 letters and calls asking for the balance or we would not receive any further service. I called back spoke to a lady who said she had put a note on our file and we would not be getting any more letters. I have sent what we could every month. from Sept to Nov. Then in Dec I get a nasty telephone message telling me to call them right away. I spoke to Joshua and I had previously said it would be paid off by the end of Dec. He noticed the note and I confirmed it would be paid off. I also told him that because of the harassment we received Im considering another provider. Since this Donna person wants it now, there goes part of my groceries and we don't have another cheque until Jan. Good luck to us
