★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wouldn't let us use the washroom because "it was too dirty." Unfavorable impression, overall. We always buy Shell gasoline, but decided to drive to another one just to avoid this filthy station. Do yourself a favor and choose a different Shell station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee made me prepay for gas on a non prepay pump. She said something along the lines *how when it rains the system doesn't work properly* Then dismissed my suggestion that they put up a sign notifying customers that all pumps are currently prepay only. My assumption is this location has had issues with people driving off and not paying for gas. Label your pumps accordingly, and stop treating your customers like criminals if you do not want to lose future business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop there for fuel as that’s the company that our company uses but as usual washrooms were closed stating out of order they’ve been able to order for weeks so another words they don’t want you using them so they put an out of order sign on it not sure why we keep giving this company or this shell or any shell more business with this kind of attitude
