Avoid this tailor. I had had a few good experiences here previously with pants hemming and my wedding dress then yesterday I had one of the worst customer service experiences. I had taken in a bridesmaid dress for a basic hem of about 3 inches ($63 paid up front, which is about the price of the dress itself and seemed quite steep). I had previously tried on the dress at home then again at the store for pinning. During this time, no one who had seen the dress indicated there was any damage (nine people in total, including three people who work in the shop). When I went to pick it up yesterday, there were four white stains on my red dress. When I indicated that these were not there when I left the dress with the tailor, I was then berated by the tailor. I was told that she only put it on the table, that it was hanging out in the main area for the entire two weeks, as that there's no way it happened while the dress was in their care. When I asked if there was anyone else who worked there (there are two younger individuals at least) and if there was any potential that it could have been dropped at some point over the week they had it, I was yelled at. I asked more questions only to be met with more yelling about how there is absolutely zero way the tailor was responsible for the damage. I was also shown the hem that was cut off and told that the dress came in damaged, that the hem was damaged originally, that someone must have tried on the dress before I had it (it was ordered brand new from overseas), which was not my complaint and I indicated as such. After a multitude of arguing, the only solutions presented to me were to wash with water, which didn't work. To wash with soap, which I refused due to the likelihood of further staining, and dry cleaning, which didn't have the turn around time in order to have the dress to me in time for the wedding, a timeline that was communicated before the dress was given to the tailor. I've never had such a horrible customer service experience with no accountability for such an egregious error. I've never been yelled at by a shopkeep and never intend to be again because I am taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do as well.

Always had good repairs and alterations done here, gone back multiple times and never had issues. The stitching is also well done and always done better than how I brought it in. Highly recommended, definitely worth more than the other low star reviews.

Do not go here, the owners are rude and agressive. After reading online that they were open until 6:30 I called to ask if my dress was ready. They said they would wait for me for 10 minutes as I needed my dress tomorrow because I’m flying out tomorrow evening for a funeral. They called my house and said they were leaving. Just as I got to the door they were coming out. She was shaking her head at me and being belligerent with me. I walked in to grab my dress and her husband came flying at me going “come see the sign, it says 6” his wife then grabbed my arm to drag me over to the sign and I had to rip my arm out of her hand. I grabbed my dress off the rack and they both grabbed it to rip it out of my hands. (I already paid for it when I dropped it off) so I ripped my dress of the hanger and walked out. Aside from the borderline assault, she did an absolutely horrible job. I will Never be back and I suggest finding another tailor.

I took in a very expensive dress that was made in Copenhagen as I'd attempted to let out a seam myself and ended up making 4 tiny holes 1/8 of an inch in diameter. I have throw this dress out now. The silly woman has ruined it. I hope the photos are visible in this review. Contact me for photos.

I took my bridesmaids dress here to get it hemmed. When I tried on the dress with my heels, I realized that the dress didn't need to be hemmed after all. I told the seamstress that it was fine and I didn't need it hemmed. She insisted that it needed to be hemmed. She proceeded to pin the dress less than one centimeter and charged me $63 upfront. The day of the wedding, the hem of the dress started falling out within an hour. I basically paid $63 for them to hem a dress a few millimeters and have the hem unravel within an hour of wearing the dress. Not impressed.

I have been here a few times to have pants hemmed and the service and the job was always good. The last time I went I brought in three pairs of pants. When I got my pants back last time around they where all way to short. I cant wear them my ankles are exposed when I'm standing. $250.00 worth of clothing they ruined. The few other times they did a good job doesn't matter to me now. service has to be good but it also has to be consistent. I wont go back here

I had a great experience with Terra Losa Tailors. It was my first time there to get the zippers on two jackets fixed. Not only was the quality of the zippers was good, the workmanship is great! The customer service was friendly and best of all the price was fair. It was significantly lower compared to another tailor shop. I even got my jackets back earlier than expected. I will be coming back with more items to repair. Please support this shop and fix your clothing rather than buying new. Thank you :)
