Waited 15mins at the till on a sunday.
20 mins for a car wash that didnt wash the car properly. Pretty frustrating. Go back in for a refund and what wait another 15 to get any service!? No thank you, wont be back.
Petro can on Mark Messier is way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time on this carwash if you want your car to be actually clean. The carwash itself needs to be serviced, my car is still dirty on the right side after two ultimate washes and I just brought it in to wash a little bird poop off. It was already quite clean beforehand. I won't be returning here, this is the second time I've been disappointed and will be the last!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropping wife off to work with our kids and gas light is on .there was a problem with the pumps went to the window spoke thru the intercom system as doors were locked yet open sign was on no one around to assist. so its early in am n needed to go . had to drive as far as i could to get gas at petrocan with 2km to empty thanks for the outstanding service wont recomend this location to anyone .had to push the car the last half of a km to the petrocan where the guy inside came out and helped push up to the pump . Shell station owners Fix your staff or you will loose more customers. I have a broken back n knee damage which is now agrivated because of your staff not present to get service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very poor customer service. The girl who was helping me looked like she was not in a mood to talk to anyone or even help any one. She looked very off, her mood was off and she was very grumpy. She did not greet me nor did she ask me if I needed any help. she had no etiquette in working with customers. This was my first and last time going there.
Thank you SHELL! If I had a choice, I would give it ZERO stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get some Diesel and they offer two options, V-Power Diesel for $1.34 or regular Diesel for $1.22
The expensive Diesel has a regular nozzle, the cheap Diesel has a big nozzle. People with a regular Diesel vehicle are forced to buy the expensive Diesel because the fill opening will not fit the big nozzle of the regular Diesel. I don't know if all their pumps have a setup like the pump I was using.
However, bad experience, sad to see a money-grab like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to me that this station is trying to cut cost by not providing paper towels in the washroom, thereby forcing customers to touch the filthy door handle to get out of the washroom. Then they have a hand sanitation dispenser which is empty all the time.
