Phenomenal people that do out of this world work! Family run business. Anthony, Nathan and Josh take all of the time needed to make sure your questions are answered. Long story short - don't buy anything from the dealership other than the car itself. Bring your vehicle straight here (but set an appointment) These guys' film looks better, they care about your paint like you wouldn't believe, and their Ceramic Pro is 50 times better than any crappy paint sealant the finance guy tries to sell you. They aren't greedy like dealerships either and always stand behind their work. If you have a used vehicle, they can recondition the paint and the inside with shockingly good results! I've dealt with them for over 2 years, and they do whatever it takes to make each and every customer happy. The other reviews should be enough proof of that. Full disclosure - not my GT-R!

Detailed Solutions is top notch when it comes to ceramic coatings and customer service! I bought a brand new GMC Canyon Diesel in black and had a local Edmonton GMC dealer apply a ceramic coating, what a MISTAKE! It had dull spots all over the vehicle! Fortunately Detailed Solutions came to the rescue! They did an absolute amazing job stripping off the botched GMC dealer’s application by stripping off the ceramic coating, doing a 2-stage polish, and re-applying the coating! It now looks amazing! My advice is to ONLY let the best shop in Alberta look after your ceramic coating needs and that is definitely Detailed Solutions!

*UPDATE* Just when i thought I had covered every positive thing I could say about Anthony & his team, all I had to do is make another inquiry to them for some more help! He & his team have been even more accommodating for my car & I with additional coating fixes & minor body panel repairs, even to go as far as to store my car while I was dealing with a ceased caliper issue & also finding me a solution to the problem! Just in case Edmonton isn't aware, Detailed Solutions has FAR MORE capabilities than they advertise. from direct work, to being a conduit to help their customers with other issues. they have gone so far above & beyond the call of duty for me, that I can't express enough appreciation to them for. thank you again so very much & I will continue to come back for your excellent services. Wow. Where can I start with my experience with Detailed Solutions? I brought my newly painted Tiburon to Anthony & his team for a complete ceramic & expel coating package. The car had just changed colours from navy blue to Ferrari Red with custom panels & a carbon fibre hood. They took this project on over the next month all the while dealing with my frequent additions & questions. The end result was a transformation that turned a 17 year old car into something that looked like it belonged in a showroom. The entire team at Detailed Solutions spent many hours carefully going over every inch of my car, some more than others I might add, to ensure a pristine look that both they & I would be proud of & without any shadow of a doubt, they accomplished that mission. They bent over backwards for me during the whole process taking care of so many extra things they noticed, even getting other parties involved, making arrangements with them, storing my car & also helping me to achieve it all at a great bottom line dollar amount that Anthony worked with me on. I cannot say enough about Anthony, his team & the techs at Doug’s Place for all their help with everything. I just brought the car to them. They all made this possible for me & I am extremely proud to promote their work by driving my “new” Tiburon in & around Edmonton. I don’t think I have ever experienced such patient, meticulous & professional treatment as I have with Detailed Solutions. They truly love cars & car lovers! What an amazing experience I’ve had here at Detailed Solutions. I brought my 2018 F150 in for the Ceramic Pro Gold package, Xpel Ultimate Premium Package, Ceramic pro Interior protection as well as front window tinting. From start to finish this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Before I even booked my appointment I went to the shop to check things out. Anthony greeted me and took his time to show and explain all my options and answered all the questions I had. His enthusiasm and professionalism along with the amazing work that was being done in the shop sold me immediately. Once I brought my truck in everyone I met that works at Detailed Solutions was incredible nice and professional. Josh was awesome to deal with and kept me up to date through the whole process. I picked my truck up the other day and it looks amazing. Josh took the time to show me everything and really made the whole experience special. It’s better than I ever thought it could be and I was stopped twice on my way home with people telling me how great it looked at red lights! If you need any work done to your vehicle call these wonderful people!

Anthony and everyone at Detailed Solutions did an awesome job with a vinyl wrap and chrome delete on my truck. They even went the extra mile when the scope of work on the grill increased. The work was done professionally and in a timely matter. My truck looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Detailed Solutions. I will be going back for ceramic coating in the fall.

I think results speak for themselves. Had a ceramic coat and two stage polish done and just look at it. Communication with Anthony and Josh was a breeze. They went out of their way and accommodated every request for the car I had. These guys are at the top of their game and love what they do. This is the highest level of customer service I have ever received and will definitely continue using their services in the future.

The guys at Detailed Solutions are great! Right from my first inquiry Anthony attended to me like I was his only customer. And when Anthony was gone, Josh took over. There was always someone available to address my concerns. With my blessing, they took their time with my vehicle because it needed a bit more TLC and they wanted to get it right. As their name states, they pay attention to detail. When I arrived they gave me a tour of their shop and I was pretty impressed! As they say, "We have nothing to hide." They went above and beyond with customer service. They did a "little extra" (a lot extra, in fact!) and still stuck to their quote; a very refreshing experience in this day and age! Had a total vehicle wrap with a protective film for a new vehicle. Excellent experience from initial contact, advice and quote to the flexibility and service provided. My vehicle looks amazing. One minor glitch (my fault) attended to immediately. Highly recommend Detailed Solutions.
