★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't really trilled that in the middle of me buying stuff the worker went on the phone so I wasn't able to finish buying the items I was trying to pay for. But the car wash was good it cleaned the truck but it did leave soap on the tailgate and mud and dirt on the bottom by the doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried going to get my truck washed, was waiting in line as there was another vehicle in the wash!
I got told by the worker that the car wash was down but a sparking clean car comes out of there!!
They don’t like aboriginal natives!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super busy when i visited... Not enough pumps and none of the drivers know how to maintain a line. Chose to pay at the pump so I wouldn't have to face these people inside... But that isn't the fault of Shell. Station outside was clean and the squeegee buckets were full. That was definitely a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is Going downhill...was stuck in the carwash doors closed waited waited no reset.....finally go inside 1 kid behind the cash with a whole panel of cameras showing the inside of the carwash so he knew i was stuck in there...doing nothing...poorly run now....they should have someone in that carwash to operate it...what if it would have started while i was getting out of my truck??? dangerous shouldnt be operating a place like that alone 1 young kid....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only place that’s open on the trans Canada highway for thunder Bay at night. Wonderful staff. The lady was more than willing to make a full pot of coffee just for a cup for us travellers. Words can not describe how grateful we are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar gas prices to the rest of town with the added perk of air miles (there's better rewards for gas like PC points, Petro Canada with RBC) but they got a new carwash so it is one of the more convenient gas stations to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had good courteous service here, and the price of gas is fairly well the same as for the other stations in this area. I used my air miles cash to deduct from my gas and car wash bills. This is my favourite car wash because it's good and convenient.
