M	Max Bryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to bring our dog here once while driving home from a camping trip a couple of years ago. Our Gus Gus was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting. The vet knew what was happening right away and was able to treat him. He probably would have never made it home with us if it wasn't for this amazing team. We loved the staff here and they were all so kind. We sure are thankful for their kindness of walk-ins ! Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank you !

He and his staff are always there to greet us with a friendly smile and attend to us in a timely manner. He is always willing to discuss and answer any questions we have about the health of our pets, and anything we can do ourselves at home to help with their issues. The cost of basic vaccines and exam are conveniently priced as a combo and are the most reasonably priced in the area. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great, affordable doctor for their pets.

They provide all sorts of services which are handy for me as I own 2 cats and 2 dogs - making it easier to get treatment and food at the same place. Have been coming here for the past few months and given the cheap prices plus great care, I intend to continue!
N	Nana Kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. I’m the kind of person who is very skeptical about most vets but most are deemed to be reasonable,however, I greatly encourage you go somewhere else. I didn’t like the vets attitude to begin with upon my first visit. I had so many questions and he basically just rushed me out the door. When I expressed that after paying an exam fee I deserve some answers he was then opened to what I had to say but not with the best attitude. My dog was given antibiotics for 15 days which she was fine once I attended the follow up appointment. After her last dose she started vomiting. First, more sparingly ( once a day) in which it does say it causes vomiting in dogs so I figured it may have been normal.Then, one day she vomited quite a bit. I called this vets office and asked to speak to the vet to address my concerns. The receptionist asked me what was wrong and put me on a brief hold. When she returned she said “ oh ya, sounds like somethings wrong but I don’t have any appointments today so go see another vet.” Imagine my disappointment. This medication was administered by this vet so he should have had the decency to at least speak to me on the phone as opposed to having his secretary worry me and then leave me hanging. I’m not the type to really leave reviews but I’m just so over these vets not having the true compassion required to take care of our loved ones.

They diagnosed as possible allergy to insect and provided immediate treatment. This is not our regular vet! 1st time going as no other vets would take us as urgent same day! Amazing care & treatment & costs are very reasonable. Very Happy with the service

I called Shelburne Animal Hospital and told them when was going on with Mieka. She was throwing up, diarrhea very restless and I could tell something bad was going on. They got me in right away. I was able to go in the examination room with her, did blood work, and took X-rays. Meds to help with the throwing up, and something for pain, which she obviously was in. Since it was between Christmas and New Years I had to wait a few days for results. Which were, she wasn’t good. In my heart I knew I was going to lose her!?. They were so nice, gentle and caring with my baby girl. And gave me as much time as I needed to stay her. Writing this while the tears are flowing down my face. Thank you to the staff at Selburne Animal Hospital for caring more about my Mieka and her well being, and not the money you could have made by doing more test and changing meds like the one vet in Mount Forest done. Someday I want to get another puppy to love, and when I do...Shelburne Animal Hospital is the placeI will go to for her health care..

I called with a question regarding ear cropping and she admitted they don't do ear cropping and doesn't know if the vet would be familiar with Aftercare. I said that was fine and asked if she could find out and let me know if the vet would know about these things. She insisted I made an appointment. I tried to explain I didn't want to make an appointment if the vet is going to be able to advise me accordingly because he isn't familiar with the procedure. She said the vet is with a client and she can't barge in and ask him. Lady, I wouldn't expect you to do that but taking my name and number and calling me back would be the best thing to do. Rude and not knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a vet closer as we just moved here but I'll drive the hour to my vet just so I don't have to deal with rude staff.
