★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standing in line for 2 hours is not worth anything, they are not organized, saw 2 couples who were in the store before me, and I was already in line for 2 hours, they need to tell customers to pick a phone and move on, or have a specific counter to help with teaching how to use the phone, I was just returning something and had to wait for 2.5 hours, No Thank you, and they are slow, in these times, hire more staff, there were 8 customers in that store and 3 staff one walking around with a clipboard, get organized or close your damn doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I switched to Shaw Mobile and it was the WORST DECISION I have made. I thought dealing with Bell Mobility was bad ... sadly they have been outdone by Shaw Mobility. The coverage map is a total lie , and the customer service is non existent. I have had nothing but problems ever since I have made the switch. So your self a favour and stay far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a -5 stars, I would do it. Worst customer service ever. They are arrogant, and dismiss your complaints if they don't consider it important. I filed a complaint against the customer (di)service staff at Chinook Mall. As soon as I left the store, I called 611 and filed a complaint. They promised to call back in 24 hours. That was 40 days ago. The mobile service is deficient as well. Rogers is just a bit better and I am thinking about going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched to Shaw from Telus cuz it was $25/mth compared to $60/mth. Two weeks later I switched back. I wouldn't take this service if they offered to pay me on a monthly basis for it. One gets what one pays for, and cheaper is usually not better. It's horrible; dropped calls, poor data coverage, bad connections.... STAY CLEAR of Shaw mobility!
