I am a new customer with Shaw Cable, does anyone else have terrible connection through HDM1? The interference is terrible.

Piss poor customer service. Almost as bad as the product itself. TV service cuts in and out, internet is even worse. But they’ll send a tech out 4 times a week to tell you nothing is wrong

Lousy tv and internet reception. Any minor rain and the cable goes out . CABLE not satellite. The online techs are completely useless. They can never fix anything , then schedule tech to come to your house, maybe in a week or 2 . possibly worst company in Canada

Not sure what everyone else's problem is? I've had nothing but good luck with Shaw. I only use the internet services, granted they are a little pricey but who isn't in Canada. We need more internet competition to keep prices down. Service was good too.

Absolutely the worst!!! They have no care their customers at all! After having to wait over 2 hours each time to get my cable and internet connected I decided to change over to Telus. I had only been with Shaw a month and Telus gave me a much better offer! I was told they would forget the contract fee that I would have to pay since they couldn’t give me the same offer. Paid my final bill and I was told that was all good. I thought that was great until 18 months later a credit agency is calling me for over $300! I never received an email, or a letter. I was told I broke contract and have to pay this a year and a half later! I call up to complain about this, and no one has any idea of what I’m talking about. Surprise! Yet, my connection with them was just magically cut off on a specific day that I requested and no record of that either! They say I’ll get a call back in 24 hrs. I call a week later and have to do it again. Absolutely ridiculous! Are you so desperate for money that you, lie to people, go against your offer, and go into old accounts trying to see what you can get out of them? Oh and don’t forget the spot that you’ve put on my credit.
