Where has the service and hospitality gone ? It seems like a huge inconvenience for them to sell you gas.... Not like it used to be with the previous owners :(

While I was on the lake my boat broke down and I got a tow to Kenora. I need to pick up my family from Mathers Island, so for $200.00 they took me out to pick them up. It seemed to be an inconvenience for them.

Excellent service. New owner took care of our boat all winter. Great staff. They are super busy so be patient.

We have rented the 22' pontoon boat 2 years in a row & will probably make it an annual thing. Great running condition & very comfortable with a pop up change room & sun top that covers about half of the sitting area. One thing I'd like to see is an on-board sonar/depth finder system with GPS as there are a lot of rocks & reefs to watch for on LOTW

Use to be great service but this year we reserved the bigger pontoon (and was charged a deposit on credit card) a couple weeks before we needed it and even specified a few times we wanted the bigger pontoon for half a day and the next day a full day. Was assured it was booked for us. Got there and the bigger one was gone to another group???? Gave us the 20ft pontoon and what an experience. Broken change room, broken ladder, life jackets had broken clips, one pontoon had water in it so we were at a slant also rough motor. Couldn't go fast at all, it would stall ...need I say more.... when we came back the first day we confirmed we were getting the bigger one the next full day and were assured yes. We then asked to rent the tube as well...staff said yes and wrote a note confirming this. The next morning we came and the big pontoon was again rented out (with the tube no less)....and the 20ft was being repaired and wouldn't be back for 45min. We were told she didn't see the bright yellow note saying it was reserved for us??? What kind of service is that?? All that said we were only charges for gas the first day and charged for half a day the next. Will not be renting here again. Don't waste your time trying to reserve anything. Seems like its first come first serve no matter who has reserved and left a deposit. And get this..there were 10 of us in our group and the bigger pontoon at the end of the last day came back with 5 people on it ?‍♀️ doesn't make a lick of sense

excellent work on my boat at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use these folks again for mechanical work on boat!

First off I love the staff great people. But to more than double your prices over the winter on garbage drop off and pump out, not cool. Will definitely be coming less often.
