β β β β β The worst walk-in EVER!!
Came in and waited over an hour. Another parent came in and was in a rush to have his daughter looked at. We were the next ones up and then the receptionist by the name of Rosa pushed us back and allowed the other patient in. I have no problem with them going ahead as long as you politely explain! I don't know if it is just me but i'm getting a very rude and racist vibe from Rosa. She has no manners at all and does not know what the meaning of customer service is! I understand you have to be firm sometimes but by the way she carries herself it is not pleasant. Rosa treat others with respect like how you would like to be treated. If there is a no star rating i would gladly give it. I don't like the way the doctors automatically sends the prescription directly to their own pharmacy. I like to have my choice where i purchase my medicine! Don't force me to your anti-competitive monopoly! Such a money grab! Don't give me that convenience BS!

β β β β β Had an emergency with my son. The Lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful! I was actually shocked about how visually appealing the place was. The Doctor there was absolutely great with my 18 month old son. He made a scary situation , not so scary and pleasant. The Dr. literally checked my son over from head to toe. He really showed he actually cared and liked his profession. I would recommend anyone who has small children to come here.

β β β β β Doctor Gauvin, Solveiga is a caring Doctor. I have seen Doctor Gauvin for many years. Very comfortable with the Medical advise that she gives. Highly recommend her as your family Doctor. She listens well for your medical concerns and very patient with her clients.

β β β β β Sharon pharmacy did not deserve the review I gave before 2 years ago. After dealing with this pharmacy for my mom they have gone above and beyond to be courteous and diligent. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone al is a pleasure to deal with thank you

β β β β β Worst customer service. When you email them they ask you to call and when you call them the phone rings but no one picks it up. If someone picks up theyll put you on hold and will hang up later on. That's why medical is not free in the US. God bless Canada!

β β β β β They booked us for flu shot same weekend. The procedure was smooth and professional. And best of all, the nurse that apply shot was so great even my 8-year-old daughters didnβt cry. My family doctor, dr M Rofeal is always great. I get used to wait for an extra 30 minutes before I see my doctor. I think it is ok.
