โ โ โ โ โ I give 5 stars because of the female staff that was working alone on Sunday May 23, 2021 closing shift. She had almost 20 people pickup their orders at the same time and instead of getting frustrated she was calm and served everyone with a thank you and a smile. She deserves recognition.

โ โ โ โ โ Certain bubble teas here are really yummy! I find that the value is not as good as somewhere like Bubble World (there is a smaller drink size to higher cost ratio here), and I find their 'slush' drinks are not very slushy. Every time we have gotten them here, they have been very liquidy and not very slushy. The flavors here have been really tasty though! The taro slush is very good, and I was recommended to get the wintermelon milk crema tea, which is very tasty, has a reeeeally smooth and creamy texture and the cream almost has a caramelly taste (forgive me if it is some kind of caramel, I'm not too familiar with the milk cremas!). If you're looking for a bigger, slushier bubble tea, I recommend going to Bubble World, but if you're looking for something smaller, perhaps more classic & simple, or for a great milk cream tea, I definitely recommend this place!

โ โ โ โ โ This place is so good to enjoy a warm milk tea, especially when it is raining and chilly outside. The boss friendly recommended me the Okinawa milk tea, which was fantastic! The pearls were soft and tender. Also, the sweetness and temperature were just right! I'll definitely try other options when I go to Robson Street. Five Star recommends! Thank you for your service and milk tea. You have made my day.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a very bad experience today, I ordered milk tea with pearls and it was not good at all. Multiple problems. It was so warm, it was not mixed properly, it tasted like seaweed, and the pearls were stuck together. Keep in mind I ordered regular sugar and regular ice. As you can probably realize, I am never returning!

โ โ โ โ โ Sunday, March 1 12:56pm... Our cashier sadly took our order using cellphone in her hands. Not recommending properly when asked, no smile at all. Dear owner of share tea on Robson, I wouldn't recommend you continuing her employment.
