We are fussy and had tons of questions and didn't really know what we wanted when we set out to start looking at properties. Shannon was extremely responsive to any and all questions we had, she proactively sent us lots of listings to review online and many that we eventually viewed in person with her. She was at all times friendly, diligent, and professional and while viewing properties she represented our interests extremely well. I am recommending Shannon to anyone I know who plans to look at properties in the Muskoka area. She is fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shannon made our first time purchasing a home a wonderful experience, there isn’t enough good qualities on this website to express how well she took care of us during this process, she was was able to provide exactly what we needed as we are a big family, we did not go over our budget nor were we pressured to do so at any point. Even after we moved in our home Shannon checked up on us. SHANNON was and is excellent and she was what we needed. I highly recommend her to everyone if you are looking for an above and beyond experience.
