★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lied to by Paul Kane that commission is 6% in the area. It’s 5. Lea Kane, the listing agent, only came once with Paul to chat us up to get the listing. Leas next visit was to measure. (In 5 yrs, my house lost over 100 square feet?!?) Leas reply: you can measure it yourself to check. I told them to remeasure: they ignored my text as usual. Lea didn’t even know I had 2.5 bathrooms. I wasn’t given time to discuss the particulars prior to posting the listing online. Full of errors! They posted before showing it to us. John the broker refused to remove the listing. Total stress! Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a cottage using a Realtor Nancy Hyslop who was the most accommodating & helpful, patient and a good listener real estate agent we’ve ever met. Recommended by a friend who took a year looking to find her cottage. It took us only 6 weeks. Her advice was spot on and she doesn’t disappear when the sale is done. Making sure we were satisfied, she called to make sure we knew how everything worked and followed up with the bender over a minor issue. Would recommend with no reservations at all.
