Met Paul Hill, the property manager who was friendly, upfront, and helped me get into a fantastic apartment. The professionalism and attention to detail are fantastic. I’m really looking forward to the move!

Paul Hill is THE BEST property manager in all my renting experience! Makes seven84 that much of a great place to stay. Always making sure all the tenants requests are attended to, excellent customer service, always super friendly and he was so welcoming from the first day!

Helpfully changed my move in date due to moving company changes, no problems. Have met and interacted with the building supers and the nice lady who keeps it all clean, very nice, good customer service focus. I look forward to staying for many years. Look forward to the roof top patio in spring.

Paul the property manager is fantastic and does a great job communicating with the building and will even remember your name. Nat, does an incredible job keeping the building super clean and really cares about the building. Definitely would recommend living here!
