O	Olivia Martel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alana's smile came across on the phone. She was spot on time for our appointment. She shook our hand warmly and looked us in the eye with a big smile. She gave a detailed account of the property's management and maintenance standards and openly pointed out all of the work and touch-ups I could count on before I moved in to my new apartment. I could tell she really had the eye of a designer and genuinely wanted the apartment to be as perfect as can be for my potential move-in. She explained all of the requirements and the entire application process clearly, all with kind-hearted reassurance that it was all simpler than it sounded ;-) She followed up promptly with all of the required documents online and offered her help at every stage, it really felt like she knew how meaningful and exciting this was for me. Mostly, though, she was genuinely warm, welcoming and encouraging while exercising all of the professionalism required of her as property manager. Her people skills go a long, long way and I am all that much more eager to sign next week! Thank you for making this milestone all so easy and quick. Alana, I hope you'll come by some time for a chat and a piece of cake!

My apartment hunt was greatly enhanced when I had the opportunity to see an apartment here and work with Daphne. she answered all of my questions and was amazingly nice and professional. I would recommend this building to anyone searching for a new home in Ottawa.
S	Subhajit D chaudhuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this apartment since 2012. Every time there was an issue and a service was needed, the maintenance staff addressed it promptly. It is a great place to stay. Big windows and lot of light. Just walking distance from Freshco, bus route 12 and 14. Both St Laurent and Rideau center malls are close by. Amenities are good. Quickie, Pizza Pizza are also very near. I have recently moved to 401 Carmen, again managed by the CLV group. I love the partnership so far and would like to continue for a long time. Special Thanks to Daphne and Lise who have helped me with the transfer process in the most efficient way possible.

From the time I visited potential apartments until now, having lived here over a year, no complaints! Great service and they make you feel safe, valued and at home :)

Buildings are a little old, but there has been some work done (new roof, painting, etc.) Management is responsive and gives a lot of prior notice before entering your apartment or before major work projects. My only suggestion would be security cameras or signage in the parking lot, as there has been some car windows smashed. Overall though, it is a clean, safe, and well-managed property that's really good for students or younger people.

Although, we received great service in the beginning, as time went on, the service became worse and multiple problems arose within our apartment unit. All in all, Acadia Apartments is a great place to live, just make sure everything on your checklist is there before you move in....
V	Vanina Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sending your kids to university 10 hours away from home is difficult and trying to find a nice apartment for them to live in from far can be even more challenging. We placed a call to the CLV Group and told them that we would be travelling to Ottawa over the Easter weekend and we were hoping to view one of their units. They were very helpful and accommodating and arranged a viewing over the holiday. As soon as we walked into the apartment we fell in love with the large amount of natural light and the hardwood floors. The apartment was specious and well maintain, and the CLV representative was very knowledgeable and gracefully answer all of our questions. Our son and daughter now have a new home away from home. From the viewing to the application process to receiving the keys we have dealt with Connor, Daniel and Daphne and they all have been incredibly helpful. Whether in person, on the phone or via e-mail they were very professional and always answer our inquiries in a prompt and timely manner. Many thanks to the team at Acadia Apartments - CLV Group.

From viewing the place to signing the lease, Connor made it a rather seamless process. Daniel is very quick, patient and helpful when it comes to answering my emails which were numerous at the beginning. I've had to put in a few maintenance requests and Carlos has attended to them promptly and I am happy with his work. I can see myself living here for many years to come.
