★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconsiderate management.
It used to be a very good place. The problem is that the building is going through major renovations and management is very inconsiderate to tenants.
1) There has been noise every single day for 2 years. And there were not any compensation for lack of enjoyment.
2) They often fail to respect the law and give at least 24 hour notice.
3) Sometimes they give more or less legal notice (we will come at one point during the next 3 weeks) and just do not come.
3) It looks that they only thing they have to do in life is to find a reason to have access to your apartment. So be prepared for frequent surprise inspections and have your evening plans messed accordingly if you need to clean your place.
4) They do not seem to make any effort to minimise annoyances to tenant. It looks like they to do hire enough people to complete the job quickly so each job (and noise) lasts forever. On the opposite, they tend to re-doe the job because their aesthetic preferences have changed along the way.
5) They renovate in worst. For example, new windows can barely be opened and they remove the place to put an mural aircon so that tenant have to rent, for an additional fee, a mural aircon.
The reasons why I still give one star is the location and that staff on site that are very hardworking and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is gorgeous, apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are plenty. But the absolute one thing that stands out, and that you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere, is the staff. David, the building manager, runs a tight ship and is always there when you need him most. It's amazing to get your service calls responded to in less than 8 hours, and usually, it's immediately.
