β β β β β Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was warm and gorgeous. The only thing I'd have changed is nicer pillows. It would be nice as well to have a schedule for swim lessons when the slide isn't available.

β β β β β Omg update your rooms! Only nice part is the lobby! Very deceiving! Rooms smell like an old stale house/ old cigarette smoke. Every thing is old and torn, stained or damaged! Just yuck!! Left and went to the newer best western!

β β β β β Staff was great upon checking in, and during reservation, very friendly and helpful! We had a pool access room which the kids liked. Rooms are definitely dated, but that wasnβt a huge concern. The thermostat I am fairly certain does nothing because our room was hot the entire stay, despite the fan constantly running. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids but itβs quite annoying that it closes from 5:30-6pm daily for pool maintenance given itβs only open from 10am to 9pm youβd think the maintenance could be done outside those hours. The beds were not very comfortable, very wiggly for lack of better description, when sleeping in the bed with someone else you felt every single tiny movement and it made it hard to sleep. Luckily it wasnβt busy so noise wasnβt an issue for us but I could see how the pool side rooms would get very noisy.
Three stars due to the pool closure, and how hot the room was.

β β β β β Always a fun experience for the kids, and the rooms are clean. We had a pool front room on the 2nd floor and it was 24 degrees all night. Maintenance couldn't fix it for us, so they brought fans into our room. It definitely helped.

β β β β β Positive: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good and had a good selection to choose from. No one went away hungry Negative: We were disappointed that the hot tub was not up to expectations it was very dirty and need the water to be changed. Also disappointed that we were not allowed for or drink around the poolside even if they were in unbreakable containers

β β β β β Horrible experience. When booking we were told all facilities were in working condition. Hot tub out of service and complimentary breakfast was taken away due to new ownership. When brought to the attention of management, no accommodations could be offered and they continue to gossip with other staff for other guests to hear when walking by with them bringing it to your attention as they address you to your room number. So not only not professional or accommodating just not worth our stay!
Book at Atlas where you will be treated properly by professionals and have all your accommodations met!

β β β β β Clean room, comfy bed, front desk staff is friendly. I was told that there is no continental breakfast, but can buy from the restaurant. I saw people with kids enjoying the swimming pool. It's location is close to all amenities.

Absolutely loved it. The kids had a blast and so did I in the pool. Kids loved the slide. Water warm. Area super clean. Room comfy beds and pillows. Room 205 had great air systems. Cold/Warm. Vending machines. Loved the fact we could use the dryer after pool. Staff is very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious. Will be back next month.
