★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From check in to check out our stay was fabulous! We had a poolside room with a balcony that was fun, and surprisingly not extremely loud in our room either. Beds were super comfy and the morning breakfast was perfect. Hotel room was clean, and hotel staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The waterpark was SO FUN and always clean. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our staycation. Atlas hotel staff were very accommodating and their service was more than what we expected. We were so pleased with the gift basket in our room when we arrived, a voucher for dinner, a surprise delivery to our room with hot chocolate, marshmallows and cookies for an evening snack, and breakfast vouchers. They offered no charge room service so we didn’t have to go into the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Of course we enjoyed the water park too. We are planning to go again in 2022. Thanks Atlas Hotel; we appreciate your hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was amazing, all of them, front desk, the gentlemen who changed the light in our bathroom immediately and was very polite. I wish I got his name, curly blonde hair wearing black. Ha. The waitress for breakfast was very accommodating, we were a group of 8 that had 4 little ones and she sat us in the bar area, very cozy and private. Wish I got her name as well. Very nice lady. I approve of this message and promote this hotel.( :

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had my son’s birthday party there and it was awesome! The staff was very friendly and the pool attendant was so attentive! He checked on us upon arrival, dropped extra towels off for the kids when we needed them and had a small maintenance issue fixed super quick when my son had a minor injury. We also enjoyed a birthday surprise and my son’s name blasted out of the water curtain. The slides were also great as always! My compliments to the staff and managers! We will definitely be back!

The suites are always clean, the beds comfy, the in room climate control actually works, and the staff are all incredible. The main floor suites can have a bit of noise from guests in the hall, but all other suites are very quiet. The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating with any request, even room moves in the middle of a stay. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with the family staycation. You get so much for your money. The gifts that came everyday were so exciting for the kids! The kids club was so exciting for me as I was able to just drop off my 4 kids for 3 hours. Plus a $70 food voucher for everyday I stayed there and hot chocolate and cookies dropped off every evening. It was so great. I hope to do this again next year. Also some of the best customer service I have experienced. All my interactions were happy and helpful!

The catered dinner was incredible - our small party was extremely complimentary about the high quality of the meal. Dietary concerns were handled with no fuss. Everything about our event went off without a single problem. Great to know that outstanding customer service is still a priority here - that's what keeps us coming back. Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had a great time at The Atlas! We were very happy that they allowed our little one (2 yrs old) to go down the water slide with an adult! It was very convenient they had life jackets on site at no extra charge. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, very cleanly, comfy beds and we loved the room service at no extra charge! Food was great as well! We will definitely be back!
