β β β β β The older gentleman working the front desk on Christmas was so unbelievably rude. I wanted to check out and go somewhere else. The hotel seems to be run on cheap rates instead of customer service. I made a very lengthy complaint about my stay and the reasons I got back from the manager was so bizarre and unprofessional. Haha the guy at the front desk kept telling me I was blackmailing him because I wanted my money back and to go to another hotel. The entire experience was a nightmare.

β β β β β I stayed here on my night before a 5am flight and on my return at 1am, the staff at the desk were happy, helpful and made sure I got to or from the airport with NO stress. Clean, comfortable beds, very new, highly recommended.

β β β β β The walls are paper thin. Can easily easily hear phone conversations going on next door. Hotel is bright, clean and new. The bath towels feel like sandpaper.

β β β β β The door lock was broken and when we called the front desk the phone did not work. We had to pack up the room and relocate to a different room. An hour gone from the evening. When we asked for some type of compensation we were denied. Two days later the entire charge INCLUDING THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT were applied to our credit card. A phone call to the hotel proved worthless and the person was extremely rude. Never stay there again!!

β β β β β Nice new hotel, however quite sparse. Nice rooms. Mattress quite soft and not the most comfortable which surprised me for a hotel that has been open less than a year.
Rooms were very hot at 23-24C and could not get the room cooler. At least 10 customers mentioned this to the General Manager who started to argue with 5 customers all standing together with the same complaint. His response was to deny what we were saying and finally responded with "Heat is good for you". If he had been a customer centric manager he could have at least explained possible reasons such as the chiller being turned off for the winter. His attitude exuded arrogance. I hesitate to come back to this hotel unless he is replaced by someone who is experienced in the hospitality industry.
In addition the sidewalks outside the main door were icy and snowy presenting a hazard.

β β β β β This was an amazing stay for my 86-year-old mother and I... We stayed in a handicap room... This has been the first trip that I was able to safely and easily get around the room and most importantly get around the bathroom... The bathroom had a wheel in shower with lots of room in the bathroom itself... The staff was so helpful to us, and we can't thank them enough... Whenever I need a hotel room in Regina, this is where I will stay...

β β β β β Went there for a business trip, stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Found food under the mattress and under the bed and the jacuzzi was dirty. For the amount I paid I'd at least expect it to be clean. Sent pics to the manager and was told I could have 20% off next time I stay there. Why would I go back after that? I mean food under the mattress ew. 2 stars cause at least the staff I dealt with at the hotel were nice.

β β β β β The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Regina. Or for someone who has to complete his quarantine.
