★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS HOTEL IS NEAR A MAJOR HIGHWAY AND IT IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE NORTH SIDE OF REGINA. ROOMS ARE LARGE AND COMFORTABLE. IT IS A BUSY HOTEL REQUIRING MORE MONITORING OF THE CONDITION OF THE HALLWAYS AND ELEVATORS TO ENSURE THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL GUESTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was assured by front desk staff that hot tub would be working by the time I came but it wasn’t. Front desk staff were far from friendly and seemed annoyed by my requests to use the pool, which could only be booked for half hour slots. Room was clean and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give no stars as they messed up out rooms for my daughters birthday after telling us they gave up a conjoined rooms, but when we went to check in the rooms were NOT conjoined and when we voiced our displeasure we got absolute ignorance from the staff! When we asked for ma payment they wouldn't let us speak to them. I will NEVER book here again they made it impossible to check in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From what I saw of the lobby this seems like a nice hotel. But seeing as I was refused service because I did not have a crest card I can’t actually comment. I had over $1000 cash on me as well as a debit card with more than enough to cover the room and was refused because I did not have a credit card. This is absolutely ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good. Hide-a-bed was broken so sleeping with three people in a room was highly uncomfortable. The breakfast was pretty lackluster though. Sausage was kinda undercooked and the omelets could have received more care. Pool was fun although pretty shallow. Only about 4'9 at it's lowest. Location is also pretty far from the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was very clean & quiet. Super comfortable bed. Was happy they allowed our dog. Was charged a bit more than last time I stayed in August. The breakfast provided was nice but the two hot items offered were awful! Terrible tasting sausage & some kind of horrible egg bite things - should definitely get rid of those! Otherwise a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the price that we paid I would have at least expected that when we got to the room the things i mentioned prior would already be in place. Things that were mentioned about the room should have be recognized by housekeeping and fixed before we arrived. It make me wonder how clean the room really was. The front desk people should all be expected to great a clients with a smile and a simple Welcome to our hotel. Also the exercise room that is mentioned as an amenity should at least have working equipment.
