★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One lady is there, who need to mind her tone while talking to the people. Don't know her name, I was there for the regular work and was there in a different counter talking to the person sitting there. I was making things clear with the person in that counter, suddenly this big (please perdon me for my language) lady intrude from a different counter in the middle of the conversation and she sounded rude. She really needed to mind her tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location to have two affidavits sworn for a personal lawsuit I am engaged in. You will see on the Attorney General of Ontario's website here its says you can attend Service Ontario to swear an affidavit for free with their commissioner of oaths on staff.
The refused to do it for me. The two women and the manager said they don't do that. I explained to them the Ontario Government says they do it as a service here. She said that's wrong and they wouldn't know what to charge me (it's a free service). They claimed they only can swear an affidavit for a vehicle transfer. That makes absolutely no sense.
I left frustrated having been told i need to pay to hire a lawyer to do this. These people are ignorant.
I attached photos from the Service Ontario portal and Attorney General's website to prove I am right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible place to go if you want things done. I reached the location 15 mins before closing yet the workers argued and were rude. They said they are already closed and not allowing more people. I said I want to speak to the manager and instead of following his timings he said he wants to go home and doesn’t care what the hours are. He was arrogant, non understanding, and very unprofessional. If him and his workers can’t even be here for their designated time then they should shut down and just stay at home. I definitely wouldn’t be going back to this location. Highly disappointed. Rude and unprofessional.
If I could give zero stars I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One lady that works there (I don’t know her name) just seems to be staying quiet when it was my turn to file my card. It just seems that she doesn’t provide me much communication, and seems to be taking joy in it. I took a more time to look for the requirements, and had to guess which one is, which made the interaction very awkward to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Line up was a little long at 8:30 this morning, but not terrible.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
It's hard to hear people talk though, thanks to the mask requirement.
Be sure to get there early enough. By the time I got to the door, the line was quite long.
