★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long long wait in line. 1hour plus wait. When you are not mobile, it is a definite struggle in line. Maybe add a queue for wheeled chairs and walkers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is One employee who doesn’t know how to give proper and complete information to her customer, just talking least like she didn’t want to give detailed information and wasted my precious time today. If I would know her name, definitely I would have mentioned now. They should not do this public job if they are unfit for it. I am very disappointed.

Maggie was friendly and efficient.
It is inside the mall just across from West 49 close to Walmart and CIBC. Enter through mall doors on North just beside Optical and Carter's

Previous Sep 2021: Best Service Ontario location in Mississauga / Oakville vicinity. Went to several Mississauga and Oakville locations where wait times were about 2 hours. This place had a wait time of 0. Crazy! Staff were friendly, quick and efficient. Even though I want to, it is a crime to keep this place a secret. TIP: Go in the morning before the mall stores open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment online and was seen within a few minutes of arriving. The advisor who assisted me (Lee Ann) was fantastic. She gave me all the information I needed, printed off all the forms that were required, and answered all my questions. Overall a great customer service experience. I highly recommend this Service Ontario location. It great to have them back in Georgetown again!
