★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do I work for the company, though I hire them for my home and my familys home. I hired them to move my contents recently after I purchased a home. The crew that completed the pack out of my old place and the crew that moved everything into my new place (were completed two weeks apart) were top notch.
Both teams took great care with my items and treated them as if they were their own. When moving stuff back, an older shelf (poor quality to begin with) came apart and then crew called me right away to notify me what had happened. The crew worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner, respecting my budget.
This summer my dad had a flood in his basement and we had ServiceMaster come out to complete the work. Knowing that my Dad was ill and not able to come downstairs to see what was happening, the crew would take photos and then go upstairs to show him the work being done. They went above and beyond with all the work being completed and helped ensure the project was completed quickly. It looks better than ever! Garry took great pride in trying to dry everything to avoid the havoc of removing drywall, though when that wasnt an option anymore, Jay came in to quickly put everything back together and did a few extra touchups for my Dad to help.

He presented a plan, quote and timeline on the clean up. Being away from home, he made us feel like the situation was being taken care of. He went the extra mile knowing we were on vacation. Turned a very worrisome issue into not such a big deal. We could enjoy our trip knowing that it was taken care of. Very happy with the response, the attention and professionalism of ServiceMaster.

With Covid quickly expanding and some family medical issues I decided I wanted to postpone the work until the numbers began to decline a bit. Jason from service master kept in contact to ensure us they were ready to begin as soon as I felt comfortable to do so. All contractors & sub trades involved were very professional & respectful while they were in our home. This is an amazing family run business that you should reach out to if you are in need of some help.

I was arriving on a Friday afternoon and on very short notice, they were at the house on Friday morning. At such a When I got to the house the furniture was removed, a clean up was done and any odor was dealt with. I could stay in the house and begin the task of planning a funeral. I really appreciated the empathy from the Clint - my contact and his ability to handle the task. In the end - the cost was reasonable and in keeping with the job that needed doing. I was charged for the hours the crew worked and the disposal charges. I was very grateful.
