Elaine provided us with excellent service from start to finish! She was a pleasure to deal with, answering our many questions and guiding us when we asked her to. :) The installers were great also! We were introduced to our sales person Jenny. Immediately upon meeting with Jenny, we felt at ease and that we came to the right place. Throughout the reno process of our counter tops for the entire house, Jenny went above and beyond to ensure that what we were completely satisfied with our choice. From taking us out to the entire expansive warehouse of counters to choose from, to introducing us to other staff both on the cutting room floor to design in the office. It truly felt like we were going to be looked after. Jenny did not disappoint us ! She was a nice surprise, funny and very easy to work with ! From Keith who came to measure the counters, to both the installers, Derek and Kasey who installed them, the entire project went without any issue's. Where there could have been issue's, Jenny resolved them even before I pointed it out. I can't state enough good things about Jenny and Modern Granite and I would have no hesitation to refer her and the team to anyone looking to do either new installs or renovations to their existing home. Thanks Jenny !!

From them sourcing our hard to find Cambria Annika to dealing with countless measurements changes, they were great to deal with and had the best price out of anywhere I checked. The install team was just as awesome as our salesperson Jenny! Would recommend to anyone and am going back to them when I need bathroom Countertops

Up until we eventually decided on a stone, she was really knowledgeable and passionate about the stones, and she had found the perfect stone for us! The matching layout of the stone pattern on the two slabs was perfect, she also helped with our backsplash. The instalment crew was fast, clean and professional. Service after installation was perfect! We loved the way our countertop and backsplash turned out, it is so beautiful and the way we wanted! Thank you to Modern! Special thanks to Elaine! j	jason vienneau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to see about purchasing a half slab of quarts counter top and the reception staff was very help full .. se connected me with a sale person and I explain to her the brand , and style and showed here pictures and she tried to sell me something else, I said I am not interested in something else,she became rude ,and said we don't sell quarts slabs by the look of there show room they do sell all kinds of quarts styles , so I left, to bad for these guys just miss out on a 6 million dollar home that I am building and I was looking at them to provide my all my quarts counter tops for my kitchen and bar and 7 bathrooms .. she was not interested in customer service and very rude .. I suggest going elsewhere and staying away from this company.. I give a zero for professional customer service ...
N	Niel An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasteful. I looked through all: Pinterest, big DIY-reno stores, Ikea, private luxury stone stores, whole sales stores in the city. Not to be hoity-toity, but only here at the MGM, I found the perfect raw mineral slabs I can see in my own kitchen. They had such a large selection that I was able to look through for few hours and narrow them down until picking out just the one I wanted. Their in-house installation, polishing and final coating services were precise and very accommodating to my wishes. I have a very specific vision and expectations, so it was refreshing to find a company that could deliver what I can happily have the final look though and not find a thing to pick on: a relief of tension really. So, if you have very specific taste and see that it's worth it to have it done perfect the first time, just go here and see Elaine. She'll hook you up with what you seek.
