★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute terrible quality of work. The furnace and duct cleaning is laughable at best. After cleaning there was mass amount of debris left in the heat registers they charged to clean. Avoid at all costs. They are a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AmSteam was recommended to us by family members and were very reasonably priced. The technician, Darren was very knowledgable and arrived on time.
A few days later we found that there was still a considerable amount of pet hair in the carpet. We contacted AmSteam who were very professional and accommodating and told us that the website should not have actually stated removal of pet hair. AmSteam was happy to send out the technician again who did a thorough vacuuming.
All in all the service was great, just the website was wrong.
I would recommend AmSteam for future carpet cleaning.

The technician was on time and was diligent on removing some tough pet stains that I had. He was respectful and professional and took the time to explain about the stains. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this company to clean a carpet and bedroom in a basement, 2 sets of stairs, a small hallway, 2 small bedrooms, and a medium-sized master bedroom with a walk-in closet. Unfortunately, I wasn't thrilled with the service, as there was no attempt to get the dirt out of any of the edges, and there were lots of stains in the small hallway going to the bathroom and in the master bedroom that didn't look like they had been touched, and some in highly visible areas like what looked like a fist-sized coffee stain where a nightstand used to be. The house was void of all furniture, so there was no heavy lifting. I will now need to call another company to come in with a Crevice Tool to clean out all the edges and corners, and use a carpet stain remover on the many left behind stains. For the price I paid and the time it took, the company made about $120.00 an hour, not including GST. I think that's a bit steep for the end result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on a Tuesday afternoon to have my basement carpet cleaned along with nine stairs. The technician arrived the next morning. I got to take advantage of an Instagram promo (look out for those!) so it was very economical.
The technician, Darren was knowledgable, worked clean, and gave me some great advice on future care and maintenance of our carpeting as this was our first major clean since it was installed. He took great care in ensuring the job was done right and I was pleased with how he handled the furniture.
I came home after being away for a few days and the carpets looked and smelled great. Darren is truly a Master Cleaner! I will use this company again. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another carpet company came out to clean our white basement carpet. The other company made a total mess of the carpet, they left big brown stains which must have been a dark liquid trapped in the underlay that was sucked through the carpet and stained the carpet. Was considering replacing the whole carpet to get rid of the stain. As the previous company tried twice to remove the stain. Thought I would try one more company, and tried AMSteam. The technician Darren was awesome. He really worked at it and has removed most of the stain. Hardly can notice it. It looks 100 times better than before. Very happy with his work. The company was very professional to easy to deal with. I would recommend this company to people looking to get their carpets cleaned correctly the first time. Thanks again.
