L'attente peut être court ou assez long, dépendant du nombres de personnes qui attendent. Il y a plusieurs documents que l'on peut consulter et des ordinateurs disponibles pour la clientèle.
Le personnel sait bien comment nous aider dans nos démarches.
The receptionist is friendly. All employees are professional.
The wait can be short or quite long, depending on the number of people waiting. There are several documents that can be consulted and computers available for customers.
The staff knows how to help us in our efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service rapide et courtois. J'ai eu a faire deux demandes de passport pour mes enfants et le processus fut très agréable! Très peu de temps d'attente. C'est toujours plaisant d'utiliser les services gouvernementaux lorsque les employés sont souriants!!
Fast and courteous service. I had to make two passport requests for my children and the process was very pleasant! Very little waiting time. It's always fun to use government services when employees are smiling !!
