Il a fallu aller a un autre point de service Canada pour régler une demande qui a pris 5 min, tout cela a cause d'un manque d'information de leur part mais surtout l'absence totale de volonté de répondre à la demande du client. Et par dessus tout, avec une pointe de jugement et de dénigrement . Heureusement que le service n'est pas représentatif de l'institution. Pitiful !!!! woman at the entrance super welcoming. On the other hand, internal staff including the hyper incompetent department head. We had to go to another service point in Canada to settle a request which took 5 min, all because of a lack of information on their part but above all the total lack of will to respond to the customer's request. . And above all, with a touch of judgment and denigration. Fortunately, the service is not representative of the institution.

L	Louis Collin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crise du Passeport 2022. La dame qui nous a servi pour le passeport était très gentille et compréhensive. Elle a été très rigoureuse pour l'analyse des documents pour le passeport et les photos. Tout doit être parfait donc révisez plusieurs fois toutes vos informations. En ce moment il y a 70 à 75 jours d'attente pour recevoir le passeport si c'est une demande régulière sans payer l'extra pour les urgences.
